This well proportioned apartment in one of the prime developments of Platja de Pals, it is built to a high standard being spacious and comfortable. It is in a very convenient position with extremely attractive garden and pool area, which includes a child's pool. The Pals tennis club is within a 3 minute walk, and the Pals golf club is a 5 minute walk. Supermarket and shops are approximately a 5 minute walk, beach 15 minutes. The apartments have underground secure parking, lifts and are pleasantly furnished. 2 Bedroom Duplex: Level 1: combined living/dining room with spacious terrace, fireplace,TV & DVD player, kitchen with dish washer and fridge/freezer, shower room with separate washing machine. Large balcony with sea view. Level 2: 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 1 bedroom with triple bunk bed. Both bedrooms have access to a joint balcony. There is an additional single bed on the landing area making it possible for six people to occupy the property.
