Self catering apartment ideal for holidays and short breaks in Madeira Island.This rental accommodation is located on the top of a detached villa,with totally privacy and private entrance,not shared by anyone else.With a very pleasant balcony, where you can enjoy a magnificent sea and mountain view,have your breakfast or sunbath the whole day.It is composed by an open space,tastefully decorated and totally equipped for your holi- days.With a spacious living room,a bedroom,a bathroom and a kitchen,you will feel absolutely comfortable in it. In the south balcony,you can have sun until 3 o´clock in the afternoon,and after that you can enjoy the other terrace until late.The sunsets and nights are really wonderful,calm and peaceful.You can park in the garden,but car is not necessary,as bus are just by the main road,50meters from the apartment.Only 5minutes away from Fun chal city,away from touristy area,you have all the amenities with the genuine local life.Pool coming very soon.

Pilar Studio consists in an open space, located on a top of a detached villa, where their owners live.Totally independent, has a wonderfull view over the mountains and sea.From its balcony,you can spend a marvellous time sunbathing , having meals or just reading. Only a few meters distant, on a main road,you can access all kind of amenities from the local shops,and the bus stop is just there coming up and down the city every 15 minutes. A very delicious take away,is recommendable to help you with your meals.But if you prefer to cook,the kitchen is available with everything you may need to prepar your own food.If you intend to know the Island by car,we can help you providing one with the best price and parking is a very easy thing just by the apartment´s door, accessing directely to the road. Internet access by wireless sistem,has no extra charge,as a tcot if necessary. At this moment , we are finishing a very nice pool,which will be private for the apartment,with private access.

• To book this apartment, we demand for a bank transfer of 30% of the total . The remaining amount, shall be paid until 30 days of the arrival date.
  In case of giving up,we only consider the devolution, if it happens until 60 days before the check in.
  The house is not booked until we confirm the reception of the first transfer.
  
• The amount paid for the week, includes: the transfer from the airport(if you don´t have your own car); total privacy in the use of the apartment and pool; free use of internet wireless; free use of a baby cot; free use of parking; free use of cable TV; bed linen and bath towels; bathrobes; free use of sun umbrella, sunlounge and sun lounge mattress; gas, water and electricity; a welcome pack and a starter pack; one way ticket by bus, to the center of the town; information of the local buses.

PALHEIRO GOLF located 10 minutes driving time from Pilar Studio, with magnificent views overlooking the town and bay, it´s an 18 hole golf course from 1993 by Cable Robinson.It is skilfully set within the gracious parkland of Quinta do Palheiro Ferreiro. SANTO DA SERA GOLF COURSE, was redesigned in 1991 by the famous golf architect Robert Trent Jones,who created a spetacular 27 hole golf couse in one of the most beautiful landscapes that nature may offer. It´s located in Santo da Serra, 20minutes driving away from Pilar Studio. BEACHES-all around the Island, has been carefully created natural beaches;only 2kmt from the apartment,you can find LIDO MAR, PRAIA FORMOSA,BARREIRINHA,OR PONTA GORDA.In any of them, you are able to enjoy our sun and the green flags of our sea.If you want to go a bit far and leave Funchal,you are also able to find very good beaches,even with sand, like Calheta Beach. LEVADA WALKING, are just wonderful trips along the inside part of the Island.
