The little streets of the location are lovely for activities and real roman life; you may see a gladiator (a serious new job for really dna Rome people) because we are very near to Coliseum and Phorum Romano where they work for the joy of children and adults, may have a lovely coffee and cornetto in the Bars, a dinner in the restaurants, have a cocktail drink in the wine shops, hear the melodious music of the bells of churches and admire the elegance of people. The apartment is lideal for children: they have pretty fun with near gardens and play basket. Art and beauty are all around you: Michelangelo's Moses in San Pietro in Vincoli, Michelangelo's Piazza of Campidoglio, Santa Maria degli Angeli. The apartment is phantastic large and comfortable, 130 mq., you'll find friendly persons at your arrival and all the time that you are in the apartment is possible for you to contact us very easy and quickly; in the apartment you'll feel just a roman person, you'll love our culture.

The first day itinerary itinerary we suggest: Starting from the Colosseum, walking along Via dei Fori Imperiali to the Roman Forum and from there, crossing Piazza Venezia, to the Campidoglio the Capitoline Museums and the Vittoriano. second day St. Peter's Basilica in the Vatican City goes on to Castel S. Angelo then, crossing the Tiber, gets to Piazza Navona next to the Pantheon and finally, passing through Piazza Colonna, ends up in Piazza di Spagna

We rented four apartments through this site during our recent trip to Italy. This is the only one that I wouldn't come back to. The apartment is clean, spacious and reasonably well-located, but the kitchen is poor (once lit, burners don't turn off unless main valve is closed, only way to use the washing machine seems to be to unplug fridge). The initial email after my inquiry listed all costs in. When I agreed to the price, the next email listed a cost for electricity beyond 10 units. When I inquired, I was ensured that the units provided would be sufficient for our time there. On leaving we were charged an additional 25 euros for electicity even though we did not use anything except minimal lights and three electric fans (we never turned on the inefficient room air conditioners). I would not recommend this apartment to friends.
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing
Owner's Response: The problem was that the clients, a couple with three children, were disappointed when leaving for paying an extra charge for electricity. It was confirmed in the reservation, for the use in July of the air conditioning. The apartment is very large and for the 5 days (reading together by owner and client on arriving and on leaving the apartment) was an extra cost of 25 Euro (10 units, sufficient without air conditioning, were free).
For July and August there is an extra charge to calculate the air conditions.
In Italy it is normal to have a security valve on the gas, to prevent an accident. The electric service in Italy is different and sometimes you can only plug one thing at a time, or the service will not work correctly.
