The development is within easy reach of the cities of Murcia and Cartegena (both 25 minutes drive). Dozens of safe sandy beaches are situated around the natural lagoon called the Mar Menor (10 minutes drive) and La Manga Club and La Manga strip are within 30 minutes drive. Notes:

Air-conditioning/heating in all bedrooms as well as the living room. There are three balconies at the property. Two are at the front of the apartment overlooking the village, and one is at the rear overlooking a communal area on the development, so you can almost always find some sun or some shade at any time of day during any season.

Does the development have a swimming pool?

There is a pool planned but its construction is not yet complete. There is, however, a communal pool on the edge of the development within easy walking distance.

Does the apartment have a roof terrace?

No, but it does have 3 terraces - 2 at the front of the property and one at the rear. This means that is almost always possible to find a sunny or shady spot at any time of the day.

Do you have any 'special offers'?

We can offer a free Welcome Pack for visitors who book the apartment less than 8 weeks before departure. This consists of a selection of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, bread, butter, jam, orange juice,water, Coke, beer, wine, bacon and cake. Be sure to clearly quote 'FREE WELCOME PACK' when booking.

Our first time in this part of Spain and we stayed in a "piece of heaven". The penthouse is outstanding in quality and luxury with all needs catered for and we hope to return again and again. Set in a true Spanish village you will experience a relaxing, friendly, quiet, down to earth holiday, until sunset when the village comes to life offering excellent tapas and good company. Many of the area's attractions are minutes away. Beautiful beaches and plenty of places to visit. (A complete booklet of the area, it's attractions and more importantly how to get there awaits your arrival at this beautiful penthouse, very useful and very informative). Highly recommended.

We keep a folder at the apartment with suggestions for places to visit and bars and restaurants we have visited (along with emergency contact info, how to use various appliances, driving directions, etc). We encourage anyone staying at the apartment to fill in our guest book with their comments and details of any places they have visited. We will incorporate these into our folder of information in due course.
