A lovely appointed traditional stone-built Italian cottage set in a tranquil unspoiled hamlet nestling in the heart of the countryside at only few minutes away from the nearest town. The interior of the house is finished to an exceptionally high standard with full central heating and television. Two double-sized bedrooms provide accommodation for 4 adults, while two separate bathrooms provide choice of either a bath or shower. A fully fitted modern kitchen with gas cooking facilities, fridge + freezer, dishing machine is available whilst the comfortable living-room with its open-plan log-burning fireplace is perfect to relax. Externally, there is a spacious separate double garage leading to a private and enclosed spacious garden, perfect for sun-bathing. Within the garden there is a fully furnished ancillary kitchen, a gazebo and an outside barbecue. No pets.
