The property is in a beautiful area called 'el montseny' in a protected surrounding. The house has two bedrooms and can fit 4 to 6 people perfectly. There is a double bed in the main bedroom, a single bed in the second bedroom and a sofa-bed in the sitting room. There’s is a new fitted bathroom with a shower, a rustic full equipped kitchen with washing machine and dish washer, oven, hob, fridge and decorated with great taste. There is also a fire place in the sitting room. The setting is ideal for a relaxing holiday having all the main amenities in the area, only 25 minutes from the main city Barcelona. Above the house there is a 30 m2 apartment fully furnished and with a bathroom a small kitchen and bedroom for two and a small area that has a sofa bed for 2 more people if necessary

I comprises fouble bed, 1 sofa bed,shower and toilet separate with air conditioning and heating, washing machi¨ne and cooking facilities. At the foot of the MOntseny Mountains and only 30 minutes from the Barcelona City Centre. La Roca Comopany Stores just 15 minutes away. Golf courses and adventure sport resorts in the area. 20 minutes from the beach away. Beautiful countryside. Parking facilities at the premises.
