Unique well appointed luxury self catering holiday apartment to rent. Two bedroom apartment on the first floor with additional leather sprung mattress sleeper couch to accommodate 6 persons in total. Fully equipped with 42in LCD TV & DVD Player with comfy leather lounge suite to relax on. Luxury bedding and pocket sprung mattresses for a great nights sleep. Bath and beach towels provided. Kitchen has washing machine, microwave , large fridge/freezer, all cleaning products included ( washing powder, washing liquid, cloths, tea towels etc). Apartment is located opposite the Roman Hotel. Not only does this mean great views it also allows residents of Roman Park Apartments full use of pool , Bar and restaurant facilities. In addition close to many other restaurants, internet cafe, laundrette, chemist, doctor, banks, English speaking hairdresser, 24hour supermarket, 10 minute slow walk to Pafos Harbour , local market/ town center or night life, 5 minutes walk to the beach

This Apartment is situated opposite the Roman hotel and within easy walking distance to many world heritage sites, (The Mosaic Houses, Tombs of the Kings etc). A slow 10 minute walk will take you too Pafos Local Market, Pafos Town Center or Pafos Harbour. Other attractions nearby include The Water Park, The Aquarium, Go Karting, Ten Pin Bowling, Paint Balling, Crazy Golf, Water Sports, Speed boat hire, Glass bottom boats Trips, Scuba diving trips and courses, Quad Bike Rents or Quad Safari. If this isn't enough to keep you busy you can take a day trip to Egypt to see the Sphinx and Pyramids. If all of this sounds a little to energetic then you could take a slow cruise enjoying a drink or relax in one of the many restaurants or Bars nearby.

Fantastic, modern apartment, in a great location. The description was definately accurate. When we arrived, it was spotlessly clean and the owners had left food and other essentials for us such as linen and maps, so customer service was great throughout our stay. Many things to see and places to visit in the nearby area, and the facilities were also great, We'd definately recommend this property to a friend!

perfect for eating out, 10 mins from the harbour walking, the owners are very helpful nothing is too much too ask ,very clean and every thing you need in the property as if you were at home ,pool just across the road, you also have a parking space for if you hire a car all in all i told terry we would be back soon liked it that much perfect a holiday would recamend to any one who wants a break, food round the corner place called fatmamas, tea for two,tramps all good places too eat .

I have to say that i rarely write a review of any product or service that i have experienced but felt compelled to do so about our Paphos experience.

The accommodation was really great. Superbly located with a short walk to a lovely marina. The sea was visible from the rear balcony and each morning i just loved going for a stroll along the beach front.

The rooms were very spacious and excellently decorated and the air conditioning a must in the heat of cyprus.

It made a really pleasant change to use an apartment rather than a hotel because the apartment was nice, quiet and private and very homely.

I found that the website description was accurate regarding the location and the property was very clean. The furnishings were superb and it was like a home from home.

The owners Tracey and Terry provided excellent customer service and gave us tips on where to eat, visit etc... Thanks to you guys for recommending the Fat Mamas restaurant and that we needed to visit latchi!

We would also like to thank you as our holiday from start to finish was glitch free and therefore really enjoyable - we do intend on coming back so that we can do a PADI diving course.

I hope that by following the tips for writing reviews that we have helped others to make a well balanced decision to try out this property as we would entirely recommend it. We shall be recommending it to our own friends and family members.
