This South Facing property is part of an exclusive townhouse development with views of the Nuevo Portil golf resort. It is furnished to a high standard and includes all modern facilities. The ground floor has a fully fitted Bosch kitchen including cooker, fridge freezer, dish washer and washing machine. The lounge/diner opens out on to a private terrace and there is also a downstairs toilet. The first floor consists of a master bedroom with ensuite with great views of the communal pool and the 4th fairway. The 3rd floor is a spacious loft style bedroom with large balcony. The location is suitable for families, golfers and those seeking a relaxing break. Shops, restaurants and cafes are all in close proximity.

Nuevo Portil is an impressive development which combines golf and well designed townhouses and is situated close to beaches, restaurants and shops. The resort is located on a beautiful stretch of coastline consisting of pine forests and golden beaches. The traditional fishing village of El Rompido is around 5 mins drive. A Go-karting track(open year round) and water park (July/August) are within 10km. Donana nature reserve, one of Spain's largest national parks is less than an hour's drive away. The major town of Huelva is only 15 mins drive with shopping centres and it is home to the football team Recreativo Huelva. The region has over 300 days of sunshine a year. Costa de la Luz is translated as the Coast of Light!
