The apartment is a 10 minute walk from the Port of Duquesa which has its own beach and famous Cubanga Beach Club. A short walk along the Port brings you to the lovely beach at Sabinillas which is a charming Spanish seaside town. The New Laguna Village is a ten minute drive away with Puro beach, restaurants, and bars great in the day time and evenings. On N340 Cadiz km 159. La Duquesa Golf and Country Club boasts an 18 holes course designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr., a technical masterpiece with wonderful sea and mountain views. In addition to golf, the club offers many facilities including tennis, squash, and a fully equipped gym with a qualified resident trainer. Membership is available. Further golfing challenges are close at hand: Alcaidesa, a Links course overlooking the Rock of Gibraltar; Valderrama, host of the Ryder Cup and World Championship, only ten minutes from La Duquesa; Sotogrande, a parkland course.

Notes: Spacious lounge /dining room that leads onto the terrace. The dining table can seat comfortably four people. There are two sofas with one opening out to make a double bed, sliding doors lead out onto the large sunny terrace with large table four chairs and two sun lounger. It overlooks the communal gardens and has fantastic sea views. Kitchen is fully fitted with every thing you need from corkscrew to measuring jug. There is a utility room with hot water tank, clothes dryer and washing machine.

Travel: The apartment is about a 55 mins drive from Malaga airport and a 35 mins drive from Gibraltar airport. one to two hours now the new road is finished hours drive from Jerez Airport. Car hire is recommended.

Distances: To the East you have Marbella and Puerto Banus, which are about 20 mins from the apartment by car. To the west you have Sotogrande 10 mins awayand Gibraltar which are about 30 mins away.

Access: When you arrive at the apartment you will be greeted by a member of our on-site management company. They will provide you with keys to the complex and apartment and will be available to you throughout your stay should you have any queries or require any assistance.
