2 bedroom self catering house in Baiter Park Poole (sleeps 4/5) with a 4 star rating from the English Tourist Board. Our house is a few minutes walk from the water front where there are fantastic view across the harbour to Brownsea Island. It is just 10 minutes walk to Poole Quay and the Poole town centre. The kitchen has - Cooker, Dishwasher, Washer, Fridge, freezer, Microwave etc. The lounge/dining area has two leather sofas, a dining table & 4 chairs. A colour TV with freeview and DVD. The house has a small private south facing paved patio area with table & chairs with its own private reserved parking space or space to keep a small boat, sailboard or cycles. Activities include boating, sailing, cycling, harbour boat trips, tennis, bowling, skating, children's play areas, arts centre, swimming pool and of course, the award winning Sandbanks beaches.   • £30 discount for 2nd consecutive week.
    Booking deposit is 1/3rd of weekly rate paid upon booking.
    Balance due 8 weeks before start of holiday.
    Damage deposit is £100 which will returned within 7 days after the end of your holiday.
    Rental from October to April is long term winter rate at £725 per month. This winter rate does not include electricity, gas, water, council tax etc.

  • NUMBER OF PERSONS - The house is normally for four persons. A Z-Bed can be provided if required for a 5th person upon request at a cost of £70 per week. (Please note the Z-bed is suitable only for a child or small person) The number of persons occupying the property must not exceed four persons unless by prior arrangement and confirmed in writing by the owners.
    GROUPS OF SINGLE PERSONS - Parties of single person are not normally accepted by the Owner. The property is intended for use by families or couples only.
  • CANCELLATION - Cancellations must be confirmed in writing and acknowledged by the owner. If you cancel your booking within eight weeks of the start of the tenancy then the rental charge is payable in full. If the accommodation is re-let a refund of the letting fee will be made to the Hirer less any shortfall in the total value of the booking incurred on the re-letting and less 12% administration charge on the full occupation charge for the period re-let. You are strongly advised to take out cancellation insurance to cover this eventuality.

Lovely Halloween in Poole

Hello,
We had a lovely stay for Halloween 2009 in Poole at this flat. The location is great, minutes to Poole park and to Whitecliff park, Poole harbor and the high street.
The flat is very convenient with the bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs, and kitchen and living room downstairs, allowing the early birds to have breakfast without waking up the ones who sleep longer!
The kids could go trick and treat for Halloween in the neighborhood and that was great. We highly recommend this flat for family or couple stays in Dorset.

Fantastic holiday!

Comfortable, clean & well equipped property in very good, quiet location close to Poole Quay and Poole Park and walking distance from town centre. Lots to do; we tried kayaking and ice skating at Poole Park and also took our bikes for a ride round the boating lake. Went to Poole Pottery so the kids could decorate their own souvenirs. Good selection of restaurants on the quay & old town. Theres lots of beaches to choose from within a short drive. For activities further afield Longleat was well worth a visit as was Monkey World, only half hour away by car. Had fantastic stay overall and the owner provided a very good service. Would definitely recommend the house to a friend and return ourselves if in the area again.

This house is in an excellent location for exploring Poole, we couldn't beleive our luck when we found ourselves so close to the harbour and beautiful Poole Park, with only a short walk into town. It was perfect for us to have everything on the doorstep having a small child. All this close by, an yet, the house is in such a quiet location. Parking facilities were also very good. The house has excellent facilities and is extremely clean, modern and comfortable. I will definately be returning!

We stayed for 2 weeks in May, and had a wonderful time.
Everything about the stay rates highly, especially the ease of getting around without a car. Within easy walking distance of transportation, shopping and pubs. Highly recommended.
