Photos and Description of this Moraira holiday villa Self catering, own pool, BBQ, large secluded garden

A beautiful, secluded villa, ideal for a family self catering holiday, about 600 metres from sea, about a mile from the village. It enjoys large mature garden with a variety of fruit and flowering trees and shrubs. There is a large open terrace, private swimming pool and barbecue. The villa is built in traditional Spanish style with terracotta roof tiles, tiled floors, and wrought iron grilles over doors and windows, and has wooden beams. All bedrooms have blinds and mosquito screens. The accommodation is arranged on two floors, each or which can be self-contained. The upper floor is approached up a few steps from the parking area, onto the covered terrace, where we meals meals can be taken whilst enjoying he view. It has living area, kitchen two bedrooms and a bathroom. The lower floor has two further bedrooms, a living area part of which can be curtained off, with 4 beds, a bathroom and a shower room.

Moraira is an attractive, unspoilt village on the Costa Blanca about mid-way between Alicante and Valencia. In recent years it has grown from a small fishing village to a picturesque resort with sandy beaches, a marina full of beautiful boats, water sports facilities (boat, canoe,jet ski etchire), tennis, karting, and two golf courses (with 3 more less than three quarters of an hours drive away). There are very many reasonably priced restaurants and bars in the village, by the beaches and in the surrounding hills.The coastline around Moraira is exceptionally beautiful, and there are two beautiful sandy beaches.and a number of small bays where you can swim and sunbathe.   • There is one large bedroom with a large double bed and room up to two cots situated on the ground floor. The other three bedrooms(one on the ground and two on the upper floor) all have twin beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, tiled floors, whitewashed walls, bedside tables and mosquito nets and wrought iron grills over the windows. There is also a curtained off section of the ground floor living area which has two single beds and bunk beds. It is ideal for children (or adults not over concerned with privacy). Mattress covers, pillows and blankets are provided. Sheets and pillow cases and towels can be hired by arrangement.

In addition, on the ground floor there is a kitchenette including sink, wash basin and fridge (this particularly useful for cold drinks as close to terrace bbq and pool area). The washing machine is on the lower floor in a utility area, with iron and ironing board. There are radiators in each room There are 6 sunloungers for use around the pool and a swingseat with shade There are three tables for use outside on the open terrace or on the covered terrace providing seating for 12 The garden is mature with many fruit trees, palm trees and shrubs providing privacy around the pool.
