Villa Helena, as well as its twin Victor, is located in the outskirts of the village of La Oliva, in the North of the beautiful Island of Fuerteventura, The Canary Islands, Spain, in a strategic point, being to about 10 minutes of “the Lakes of the Cotillo” and to about 15 minutes of “ the Great Beaches of Corralejo”. These Villas of Luxury are beautifully decorated and acclimated to create a comfortable, pleasant and peaceful atmosphere for our guests. That means all the benefits of the village and the tranquillity as well, out of the crowded towns and tourist areas. Each Villa is constructed on a spacious parcel and includes a large covered terrace, private swimming pool, heated at 22ºC from November to April, with sundeck, a parking for two cars and a garden area with native species of plants and an integrated outer barbecue as well as TV, Video, and DVD. The parcel is fenced for maximum privacy with respect to the outside. We just want to make our Guests feel at home.

A beautiful, stressed-free and secluded new Villa, with large private swimming pool, superbly furnished and equipped, ideal for those who love Nature or a relaxing break. Constructed on a spacious area and includes a wide porch with dining table and chairs, private swimming pool with sundeck with sunloungers, a parking for three cars and a garden area with native species of plants and an integrated barbecue as well as TV, video and DVD. 90 m2 built including a sitting room with dining table, two double bedrooms, one is an en-suite, separate kitchen connected with the porch and pool panoramic fully equipped including crockery, glasses, cooking utensils, etc. and tea towels as well as dish cloths provided and two bathrooms with shower. Cotton bed linen, anti-allergic eiderdowns and hand towels, bath towels and shower mats provided as well. We suggest our clients to bring their own beach towels. The garden is fenced offering maximum privacy to guests.

    Arrival time: 16h and Departure time: 10h - Unless other pact/agreement with owner.
    The villa will be fully cleaned for your arrival and an additional change of towels left for you every week if rental period is 2 weeks or more. We have found in the past that guests prefer not to be disturbed during their stay.
    Any additional cleaning service will have a charge of 20 Euros per hour each.
    Extra Towels change: 20 Euros each
    Extra Linen change: 40 Euros each.
    Payable 'in situ'. Any of this services should be required at least 48h before.
    This is not a maid service though and they will not wash up pots or items left in the sink.
  • If you wish a welcome pack containing food and drinks to help start your holiday just let us know - mineral water, milk, Nescafe coffee, tea bags, sugar, fruit juice, bread, jam or marmalade, margarine/butter, ham slices, cheese, crisps and biscuits. Price 25 pounds/30 Euros.
    6 Beers and a bottle of wine can be added, and non alcoholic drinks can be added instead for non drinkers - 10 pounds extra/12 euros extra.

    If you require a cot, high chair, or a welcome package etc let us know at least two weeks before departure so that we can have them in your property when you arrive. There is no charge for the cot and high chair.

The baths carefully have been dealt arranging an excellent illumination and ventilation and equipping the showers with screens to avoid the later annoyances to the use of them.

INTERIORS: Studied the different referred parameters from the climate, direction, characteristics of the surroundings, etc. it was decided to solve the construction on the ecological line, with the idea to offer an authentic natural product in all its aspects. The well-known climate of the Canary Islands, in where the average temperature of the year turns around the 22 ºC, reaching high temperatures sometimes however, and the well-known pernicious effect of the climatizadores devices in general, which every time are negatively being recommended by the doctors in general, they inspired to look for new average constructive solutions to us with less artificial. Our supply has solved of natural way east problem by means of the study and later beginning of solutions that control the flows of ventilation and with a correct level of isolation in all the house, getting itself even to study until the election of the type of furniture.

MORE ABOUT US: The wood is the great protagonist of our secret. This natural material assures to us that the environmental impact that it took place for his obtaining was minimum and its level of comfort is maximum. In fact, the use of wood pavements in hall and dormitories assures the warmth and comfort to us that we all expect in a vocational period. Relaxing Holiday

We spent the first two weeks of November 2009 at the “Villa Victor” in La Oliva and the weather was just perfect. The house was clean, comfortable and spacious with all modern conveniences for self catering.
The area in which the villa is set is tranquil and beautiful, so is the surrounding countryside. We most enjoyed the lack of tourist influence which was just what we were looking for. A supermaket is located at the next village, a bakery is within easy reach. A car, however, is essential.

Due to the perfect weather we were able to enjoy all meals on the terrace. We also made good use of the private pool which, at times, was a bit cold.

The oweners are living close by and are very attentive and anxious to ensure their guests a pleasant stay.

Overall an excellent and relaxing holiday. Thank you Elena and Ramon – we plan on coming back!

Wir waren mit 4 Mann (2 Paare) im November in der Villa in La Oliva. Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr sauber und schön. Der Pool hat eine gute Temperatur. In der Küche sind alle wichtigen Utensilien zu finden. Das einzige was mitgebracht werden muss, sind Strand Handtücher. Einkaufen kann man sehr gut in Villaverde, vor allen die Panderia dort ist sehr gut.

Die Besitzer der Villa sind sehr freundlich und geben sich in allen Punkten sehr viel Mühe. Wir hatten einen defekten Duschkopf der umgehend repariert wurde. Auch der Kontakt vorab per eMail war sehr gut!

Ein Auto ist in diesem Ort jedoch absolute Pflicht, ansonsten gibt es nämlich nur noch einen Bus (der dafür sehr regelmäßig in der Nähe fährt)
