Villa Helena, as well as its twin Victor, is located in the outskirts of the village of La Oliva, in the North of the beautiful Island of Fuerteventura, The Canary Islands, Spain, in a strategic point, being to about 10 minutes of “the Lakes of the Cotillo” and to about 15 minutes of “ the Great Beaches of Corralejo”. These Villas of Luxury are beautifully decorated and acclimated to create a comfortable, pleasant and peaceful atmosphere for our guests. That means all the benefits of the village and the tranquillity as well, out of the crowded towns and tourist areas. Each Villa is constructed on a spacious parcel and includes a large covered terrace, private swimming pool, heated at 22ºC from November to April, with sundeck, a parking for two cars and a garden area with native species of plants and an integrated outer barbecue as well as TV, Video, and DVD. The parcel is fenced for maximum privacy with respect to the outside. We just want to make our Guests feel at home.

Constructed on a spacious area and includes a wide porch with dining table and chairs, private swimming pool with sundeck with sunloungers, a parking for three cars and a garden area with native species of plants and an integrated barbecue as well as TV, video and DVD. 90 m2 built including a sitting room with dining table, two double bedrooms, one is an en-suite, separate kitchen connected with the porch and pool panoramic fully equipped including crockery, glasses, cooking utensils, etc. and tea towels as well as dish cloths provided and two bathrooms with shower. Cotton bed linen, anti-allergic eiderdowns and hand towels, bath towels and shower mats provided as well. We suggest our clients to bring their own beach towels. The garden is fenced offering maximum privacy to guests.

Notes to the rental rates

  • The villa will be fully cleaned for your arrival and an additional change of towels left for you every week. We have found in the past that guests prefer not to be disturbed during their stay so there isn't a mid week clean, hence the change of towels are left at the start of the week for you.
    Any additional cleaning service will have a charge of 15 pounds/20 Euros per hour each.
    Extra Towels change: 15 GBP/20 Euros each
    Extra Linen change: 30 GBP/40 Euros each.
