Positioned in Villa Martin is this beautifully modern excellently located fully equipped 5 bedroom villa close to amenities. Perfectly positioned for golfing holidays, cycling holidays and family holidays. A 5 minute drive will take you to three established golf courses and a 20 minute drive to two of the areas new courses. Close by is Villa Martin Plaza with an abundance of shops and restaurants and at the sea front are unlimited shops, bars, restaurants, banks etc. For keen cyclists there are some fantastic routes around the canals through beautiful lemon and orange groves and around the salt lakes through areas of natural beauty. Beautiful beaches, water parks and theme parks provide a perfect location for excellent family holidays. The villa itself is a beautiful modern 5 bedroom detached property with its own pool , 2 communal pools and a children play area for younger family members. In-house entertainment provides sky TV package, DVD and wireless internet access.

Within a 5 minute drive there is golf at Campoamar, Las Ramblas and the Villa Martin Championship course. Within easy drive are La Finca, Roda Golf, La Marquesa to name just a few. Torrevieja, Murcia and Orihuela provide beautiful shopping locations. Europes largest attraction Terra Mitica is within easy driving. As are Mundomar, Splash and Slide, Torrevieja Safari Park, Aquopolis Water Park. Weekly street markets take place in Playa Flamenca (walking distance), San Miguel and daily markets at Torrevieja. La Zenia is the closest beach with Campoamar and Punta Prima close by. Stunning sand dunes pine forests and natural beaches can be found at Guadamar. Villa Martin Plaza provides good quality shops, restaurants and bars (walking distance) and on the seafront (5 minutes by car) there are many many more to choose from. Cycling in this area is excellent through the natural parks and around the salt lakes voted the healthiest place to live by the World Health Organisation.

Golf: The excellent Villa Martin Championship Golf Course is 2 minutes by car, also within a 5 minute car radius is the beautiful Las Ramblas and the stunningly elegant Campoamor, which also has tennis facilities. If these three testing courses aren't enough to satisfy your thirst for golf you could try the amazing La Finca Golf course set at the foot of the mountains and only 20 minutes by car. Or you could head the same distance in the other direction to two beautiful new course near Murcia at Roda Golf Club and La Marquesa.
