Praia Village is a brand new (2008) luxury development located in a quiet residential area close to Falesia beach and famous Vilamoura marina (10 - 15 Minute Walk). Five Championship golf courses are also within a five minute drive. This air conditioned apartment sleeps 4 / 5 people has lift access and secure underground parking. The apartment is furnished to a very high standard and has a contemporary feel. The balcony faces south west and provides views of the sea whilst also overlooking the swimming pool with children's section and beautiful gardens. Both bedrooms facilitate either a super king bed or 2 singles as the mattresses are zipped. The en-suite for the master bedroom has a hydrotherapy/steam shower enclosure with built in seat and the main bathroom offers a jacuzzi/whirlpool bath for your enjoyment. The modern kitchen benefits from Siemens appliances and is equipped to a high standard. The lounge has a 32' flat screen TV with selected Sky/Freeview and a DVD player.

Vilamoura is situated on the central Algarve coastline and is only a 20 minute drive from Faro Airport. The Famous Marina has 1,000 berths and has many top class restaurants and bars and designer boutiques. The Marina offers all sorts of activities from Shark Fishing and Dolphin Watching to Leisurely Cruises to view the wonderful coastline or take to the dinghies to navigate the historic caves and grottoes. Quarteira the next resort to Vilamoura has a fun gypsy market every Wednesday and Loule' has a bustling Saturday market - well worth a visit! Vilamoura has a choice of local supermarkets with a good range of products - but the Algarve shopping centre in Guia is a must for serious shoppers! Vilamoura has 2 fantastic beaches - the marina beach and Falesia - both very safe and very flat, ideal for families and both have restaurant + toilet facilities. Golf can be arranged at many outlets locally for all of the five local championship courses at special rates.

  • £150 refundable key and damage security bond (per booking) will be payable with the balance - this bond will be refunded 7 - 14 days after the apartment is checked.

No Smoking In The Apartment

Weekly cleaning and changing of towels and linen is included together with a quick mid week clean and change of towels If you require extra service please ask for details and charges Please bring your own beach/pool towels. The white apartment towels are not to be used for the poolside or the beach!!

No All Male Or All Female Groups

Praia village is approximately a 20 minute drive from Faro airport. Car hire is not essential but may be advisable if you wish to explore the area or if you have a young family. There are several car hire companies housed at the airport - but pre-booking is advisable. Local taxis are plentiful and very reasonable. Road directions will be sent with final holiday details if necessary. Airport to Resort shuttles are available at a very reasonable cost - please ask for details. Other Activities Green bowling, Bird Watching, Roma Golf = Roman style Crazy golf (family favourite) only a few minutes walk from the apartment.

Had a wonderful week in this apartment. It was very modern,spacious and clean.The owner of the property was very helpful and even left a welcome letter for our arrival.

We arrived on an early flight and were allowed early access, which was much appreciated.

It is roughly a 10 minute walk to the marina, where there is a good selection of excellent restaurants.Can particularly recommend the Thai and O Vittoria.

We would definitely recommend this apartment to friends/family etc.
Would we return?? Most definitely!!!
