Charming villa to rent in Mallorca, ideal for 2 families with young kids. Only 400m walk to Cala Santanyi, a lovely sandy beach in south-east of the island. Large private swimming pool, garden of 3000m2, BBQ corner, covered terrace, sea-view. 4 rooms and 3 bath rooms. The villa is suitable for 8/10 people. Downstairs: 2 spacious rooms with a king-size bed and en-suite bath room each. Fully equipped kitchen with dish washer & microwave. Salon with dinning area for up to 12 people. Guest toilet. Upstairs: 2 rooms with bank beds which share one bath room. Second salon/lounge with TV & DVD player, facing sea-view balcony. The sofa can be used as a double bed (140cm wide). The villa is very spacious and two couples can keep their own privacy, while young kids can enjoy being together. Very calm circumstance with trees all around, while the town of Santanyi is just 10 minutes drive and a beautiful fishermen's port of Cala Figuera is 2 km away.
