France. Pech Luna (“Moon Hill”) is very quiet. It is one of the highest villages (over 1000 ft up) in the region with breathtaking views over ever changing fields and the Pyrenees. Less than 1 hr drive from Carcassonne & Toulouse airports, the house is 20 mins from old market towns of Mirepoix, Castelnaudary (Canal du Midi) and Pamiers & is approx. one hr from both Pyrenees and Mediterranean Sea. The attractive stone built house accommodates up to 9, and is split over 3 levels. There are 2 wood burners & radiators throughout the property for winter heating. There is a terrace and a courtyard for outdoor living with beautiful countryside views. Additional accommodation available for 3-4 people next door. Perfect for 2 or more families.
