The villa has a large open plan living area with two sets of patio doors opening to the pool terrace ensuring the room stays cool and airy. At one end of the room is a seating area by a traditional corner fireplace. The middle is arranged as a comfortable sitting room with a large sofa and armchairs clustered around a coffee table and there is a formal dining table with seating for six at the far end. There is also a television with some satellite channels, a DVD player and a CD player for those times when you want to come in out of the sun. The contemporary style kitchen has a tiled floor and walls and modern appliances including a hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. Three bedrooms are located on the first floor.
