Notes to the rental rates

• Additional rates apply for the following dates; may 24th-27th; July 1st-4th; august 31st-sept 3rd; Oct 4th-7th; Nov 24th-dec 1; Dec 23rd-jan 2nd; Feb. 12-feb 20.
  
• A damage/reservation deposit of $500 is required to hold your dates. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure if no damage is done to the property beyond normal wear and tear. Please email the owner for instructions on how to make the deposit. A State and local tax totalling 11% is added to all rates and $150 cleaning fee.
