4 bed country Villa with pool, large garden breathtaking coastal views.

Finca Capellania is a 200 year old recently restored Canarian farmhouse. It has breathtaking coastal views of the south of Tenerife including Los Christianos and Playa De Las Americas. It is set in a peaceful 4000 metre plot with a beautiful landscaped garden and is just above the pretty, traditional Spanish village of Arona which has all local amenities including a well stocked supermarket, chemist, post office, bank and a few local bars and restaurants. The villa is perfectly placed for local walks including the famous Roque Del Conde, the highest mountain in the south. Yet It is only 15 mins drive to the coast with its many beaches, bars, restaurants, clubs, shops and watersports and many other recreational activities. The house is equipped with pool, sunbeds table tennis, telescope, barbecue , covered pergola with seating for 8 , other seating areas as well as a fire pit for cooler evenings and star gazing. The house even has its own cave!

The villa is 15 mins drive from major tourist attractions, including waterpark, jungle park and the new Siam Park, Safari shopping centre with its designer shops smart bars and restaurants. There are a huge choice of beaches in Los Christianos, Playa De Las Americas, upmarket Del Duque, medano, the kite surfing centre La Caleta, safe family beaches with lifeguards as well as surf beaches. The villa is perfectly located to access Teide National Park with its cable car to the summit about a 45min drive passing through pretty Vilaflor the highest village in Spain. There are mountain walks of all levels on the doorstep and also only a short drive away. There are many local excellent restaurants nearby. All details of the above willl be available on arrival.
