Exceptionally nice & spacious 1-bedroom apartment for 2, sleeps up to 3. It has an unusually big bedroom and spacious living room with traditional stone walls. The rooms are very light with exceptionally high ceilings. Looking out of the large windows you have a sea view plus a view to romantic old town and harbor. We promise you will have the most beautiful sunset view on the Croatian cost. Rovinj has many good restaurants and cafes, and if you want to self-cater, food store and an open fruit and vegetable market are just around the corner from the apartment.

Rovinj - Lovely, Fashionable ‘Venetian’ Harbour Town The most picturesque resort on the Croatian-Istrian Riviera offering peaceful, scenic views all around with a backdrop of pine-clad slopes overlooking the delightful harbour. The medieval town is much favoured by artists. The colourful houses which cluster the harbour side are reflected in the Adriatic’s beautiful blue water and the Campanile of St. Euphemia dominates the skyline. The rambling streets of the Istrian quarter are filled with many shops, galleries, ‘al fresco’ cafés and tavernas, whilst the open-air market offers freshly grown local produce as well as knick-knacks and souvenirs. Rovinj has a special romantic atmosphere and the hustle and bustle of an Adriatic harbour town. Rovinj is also a great base from which to visit the many attractions of the Istrian peninsula as well as to visit Venice which is less than two and a half hours boat ride. Fly to Pula or Trieste with RyanAir or Thomsonfly.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Tourist tax of about 1 Euro per night per person; Returnable deposit of 100 pounds (150 euro).
  • Reservations: A deposit of 30% is required to secure a reservation. Until we receive your deposit, your reservation is not guaranteed. The balance of your reservation is due one month prior to your arrival date. Failure to pay this will result in a loss of deposit and reservation.If a booking is made within 1 month of your proposed arrival, then total cost of the holiday is payable at the time of booking. Refund Policy: Deposits are non-refundable-we'll refund 50% of your deposit if we are able to rebook the apartment. Tourist Tax: The City of Rovinj charges a tourist tax per person for each night that you stay in Rovinj (max of 1 euro each night, per person). This tourist tax will be charged at the time of your booking. In the event of cancellation this will be refunded in full-no matter how late you cancel.
  • Damages: A deposit of 150 Euro will be payable in cash, on arrival. This will be refunded when you leave the apartment, provided there are no damages. Minimum Booking Periods: In July and August the minimum booking period is 1 week, at other times the minimum booking period is 3 nights. At all times, shorter bookings will be taken but the minimum number of nights will be charged. Payment can be made either by cheque, bank transfer or Paypal (based on bank account). Payment or either deposit or the full amount will constitute a binding contract between you (the payer) and us and implies acceptance of all the terms and conditions. Arrival & Departure time: please plan to arrive after 2:00pm and property must be vacated by 10:00am on your departure day. Pet policy : Strictly No Pets are allowed. Smoking Policy: No Smoking apartment.

This room has a large built-in air conditioning unit giving a cool breeze during the hot summer days and nights.

Our stay in Rovinj calls for a repetition!

We really enjoyed our stay in Rovinj. The weather was exeptionally nice the whole week, which made it possible to go sunbathing and swimming. This is not quite common for a Norwegian in May, you know, so that was lovely. We rented a car for a day and saw a bit of the Istrian pensinsula (Motovon!), very nice. We also rented a bike for three days just to get around in the Rovinj area, very practical. One day was spent in Venice (boat-trip from Porec), an interesting but short visit to an exeptional city - and expensive!

We very much liked your apartment, the size and location and how it was equipped suited us perfectly. One negative thing, though, we didn't get the AC to function properly.

Our very best memory from Rovinj I think must be the dinner during the sunset at restaurant Puntanini. I don't think we have visited a restaurant with a better location. Together with good food and good local Croatian white wine (Grotha and Radovan!), this was just amazing!

Our stay in Rovinj calls for a repetition!

Rovinj, the town with a great atmpsphere.

Thanks for a great 10 days in Rovinj. The town is really pretty with its cobbled streets and many shops and restaurants, there is so much to choose from!
We tried many different restaurants and they are all very good.
The apartment has been a really good base for seeing the town and going on trips. We went on a trip to Venice which we really enjoyed as we have never been there before.
The forest surrounding the town and coast is very beautiful.
There has also been a 'salsa' week with it’s of dancing and music in the squares of the town which gave the town a great atmosphere.

Many thanks for a lovely stay in Rovinj. The apartment has been very comfortable and spacious and a great base for exploring the town (which is beautiful!) and the rest of Istria. We have spent a many happy days wondering round the cobbled streets in the old town. We have particularly enjoyed: the Park Forest on the edge of Rovinj, visit to Labin (east coast), and a fab meal at Valetino's -watching the sun set over the water- beautiful!
In all, a fantastic week - thank you Tamara.

We had a really fantastic stay, thank you so much!!!
The apartment was great, really nice atmosphere, perfect distance to town and beaches:-) We felt very much at home and hope sincerely to be able to come back one day very soon! Rovinj really is a place to fall in love with - and your apartment made it just perfect for a relaxed and romantic getaway.
If you still wanted to improve one tiny little thing it would maybe be the addition of a toaster in the kitchen but that is really only just a minor detail.
