200mq villa in trevignano (on lake bracciano, 50km from rome). the villa is ground-line and it can host from 6 up to 11 people. Rooms description: - 3 twin bedrooms equipped with latex mattress. an extra-bed and a 2 people sofa bed can be added in two of those rooms. - big living room furnished with: big table and chairs, 1 sofa, 1 sofa bed for 2 people, 3 armchairs, fireplace, bar - 2 large bathrooms with bathtub, shower and washing machine - little office room with desktop, bookcase and 2 leather armchairs - little gym room equipped with treadmill, exercise bike and weights - large kitchen fully furnished with dishwasher, microwave, 90cm fridge, large gas/electric oven, wood stove - large terrace equipped with awning an teak-made furniture. The villa is surrounded by a 800mq garden in 3 levels, with: barbeque, outdoor table, awning. in the garden you can also find a children playground. acidophile plants and fruit trees are planted in the garden.

The area where the villa is located is very quiet and peaceful. The villa is located in Trevignano Romano, close to lake bracciano. The distance between the house and the beach is about 500m. Trevignano is near to bracciano, a very beautiful village, where you can visit the pictoresque Odescalchi Castle, built around 1400. From Bracciano you can easilly get to Rome (about 1h) or to Viterbo (40 minutes) by train. Cerveteri archeological site is quite near (about 30km by car)

The wonderfull holidays

We were a group of seven persons ( around 27years old from france ), the house was wonderfull, with a big space. The view from the terrace was beautiful.The house was close to the lake ( around 7minute by foot). The lake offer a really good swim and several activites. Trevignano is a tipycal italian village with a good place to eat also roma is just at 30minutes by car .

We was delighted with the house and the place. It was a unforgettable holiday.

ENOUGH SPACE - CLEAN AND TIDY - BEATIFUL SIGHT -

NICE HOLIDAY - Last year we have been in that really wonderful and large house with a nice garden - still I remember, that we had a wonderful sight to the lake. Bathing in the lake was fine ... Also it is not far from Rome by car - We had enough space for our four Tennage-children and three of their friends - and additional for us two parents. The kitchen-equipment was opulent - the bathrooms very tidy and clean, as well, as the whole house.

The hirerers are very kind and helpful.
