Rooms description: - 3 twin bedrooms equipped with latex mattress. an extra-bed and a 2 people sofa bed can be added in two of those rooms. - big living room furnished with: big table and chairs, 1 sofa, 1 sofa bed for 2 people, 3 armchairs, fireplace, bar - 2 large bathrooms with bathtub, shower and washing machine - little office room with desktop, bookcase and 2 leather armchairs - little gym room equipped with treadmill, exercise bike and weights - large kitchen fully furnished with dishwasher, microwave, 90cm fridge, large gas/electric oven, wood stove - large terrace equipped with awning an teak-made furniture. The villa is surrounded by a 800mq garden in 3 levels, with: barbeque, outdoor table, awning. in the garden you can also find a children playground. acidophile plants and fruit trees are planted in the garden.

The area where the villa is located is very quiet and peaceful. The villa is located in Trevignano Romano, close to lake bracciano. The distance between the house and the beach is about 500m. Trevignano is near to bracciano, a very beautiful village, where you can visit the pictoresque Odescalchi Castle, built around 1400. From Bracciano you can easilly get to Rome (about 1h) or to Viterbo (40 minutes) by train. Cerveteri archeological site is quite near (about 30km by car)
