Beautifully appointed. Fully remodeled. Full American Kitchen including dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer. Large living room with pull out sofa bed. Dining room. Sliding doors to large terrace. Air Conditioning. High Speed Computer Access. French television with DVD player, telephone, CD player. One minute walk to Old Town, Cours Saleya, Flower Market. 50 Restaurants within 10 minute walk. 5 minute walk to Port of Nice. Next door neighbour is Le Chateau. Car not necessary. No smoking. Our next door neighbor to the apartment is the famous Le Chateau. 50 meters in front of the apartment is Baie Des Anges, the finest beach in Nice. 100 meters left of the apartment is the famous Cors Saleya the biggest open air market in Cote d' Azur, including the famous Marche aux Fleurs and Old Town. In Old Town within a 5 minute walk is over 50 restaurants, many art galleries, meat markets, bakeries, boutiques and anything else that your heart could desire. Notwithstanding, English language movie theatres, the Nice Opera, Promenade des Anglase. In other words, Nice is at your feet from our apartment. A car is absolutely not necessary. If you want to go to the left you will find the Port of Nice with many restaurants, shops and attractions of very large boats. All of these things are no farther than 10 minutes by foot.

Ideal location for enjoying vieille ville

Does just what it says on the wrapper: a well-appointed, comfortable, spacious apartment with unsurpassed views of the Bay. Although well away from the din of P. des A. there is still some noise and streetlight intrusion but it can easily be blocked out when necessary. No hesitation in recommending it to any moderately active couple, of any age. Swimming is superb, and in the early morning you have it to yourself. The beach is pebble - many people make use of “jellies” in getting to the water’s edge and beyond. There are two rental cycle racks immediately nearby: details of locations and of the registration procedure can be found in the velo bleu website. The bus station is about 15 minutes walk: see ligne d'azur for maps and timetables. Or you can just relax and watch others doing the exercise. Terrific holiday!

I have visited Nice twice this year.

My husband and I have visited Nice 5 times and on each occassion we have stayed in hotels but this year we decided to stay in an appartment after checking out holiday rentals this appartment seemed the best. The location of the appartment is very central to everywhere, within a couple of minutes you can be lying on the beach or swimming in the sea, the famous fruit and flower market is just round the corner and there are lots of lovely restaurants and shops within a 5 minute walk. The view from the balcony is spectactular the sun is on the balcony from mid morning til late in the evening, where you can spend many an evening watching the sun going down. The appartment is very spacious and very clean and considering you are right on the promenade you don't hear the traffic noise especially since the bedroom is at the back. In fact I enjoyed my stay there so much I went again in September but was with 3 other girls and we had a fantastic time. I would highly recommend this appartment to anyone visiting Nice.
