Charming typical southern high standard Spanish home. Romantic and Idyllic situation near all amenities and still out in quiet country side. Breathtaking views, garden and terrace full of flowers. Surrounded by tropical trees from the valley. Very nice walks near the house, in river and the Tropical Valley with loads of tropical fruit trees and plants. Pretty tiled patio with many plants, a table and chairs. Cool in the summer, warm in winter. 4 bedrooms, main one with double bed, one with 2 beds and 2 single rooms, one of which is en suite. Large sitting room, dining room and office. Bathroom. Kitchen. Very near town with shops, bars, supermarkets and sea. Special rates for long lets during the winter, contact owner for details. Golf court within 30 min. 1hour from Malaga or Granada airport. With all mod. cons, including cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine, coffee machine, mixer, hoover..... Satellite TV, video and DVD.
