Wonderful apartment with swimming-pool view, with new furniture, fully equipped in one of the best place of the South island, near the famous Playa de las Americas center. Another new sandy beach available from the 1th July 2008!!!

In the village, you can find all you need: bars (with football), karaokes, restaurants (Chinese, Italians, Spanish, French, English), shops, a bakeries, a chemist and a beach. In the south of the island, the temperature is between 23' and 35ª all year. On Tenerife there is a lot of different activities to enjoy.: The Loro Park ( may be the best animals park in Europe), the shows are unforgettable. The Aqualand ( a very big waterpark for children and adults). The carmen Motta Show( one of the bigger Flamenco show of Spain). You can also discover the dolphins and whales by boat or do Jet-ski and dive on the Atlantic ocean. Near the villa are located karts and quads area. The youngest people can enjoy many English and Spanish pubs and discos in Las Americas and Los Cristianos. On the island, you 'll see a lot of very different landscapes ( Masca, Los Gigantes, La orotava, Taganana). The visit of the Teide (volcano) and his Lava fields are famous.

At our arrival the apartment was perfectly cleaned, in a complex of new and pleasant apartments without sonorous disturbances. The access and the equipments were perfect, we received optimal indications from the owners therefore the stay has been without probles. The sight and the geographic context were optimal.

The apartment, isperfectly in conformity with the advert, it's ideally located: in the south (always sunny) but apart from the intensive tourist area of Las Americas. Beautiful sight on the sea from the living room, one of the bedrooms and the terrace. The swimming pool is cleaned and very quiet. The residence is very calm and very pleasant. The person who accommodated us was very helpful, he advised us on the things not to be missed on the island. This apartment ensures to pass a stay under optimal conditions!!”
