Our villa is a spacious modern detached property with 2 double bedrooms and 2 single bedrooms with built in wardrobes and 3 en-suite bath/shower rooms and is not part of a tourist development. The private swimming pool is soley for the use of our clients. There is ample private shaded parking The villa is ideally located for the discerning holidaymaker, located approx 18km north of Faro in quiet countryside thus avoiding the busy tourist areas but within easy access to the beautiful Algarve beaches, numerous golf courses, water parks and other attractions. The local towns of Sao Bras and Loule are close by, here you will find a good selection of supermarkets, produce/fish markets, an abundance of restaurants and pavement cafes, chemists and banks. We have an English Manager who is available to answer questions and offer advise on local amenities. Maid service is included 5 days a week, Monday - Friday (except public holidays), she will make beds and keep the villa clean and tidy.

Our villa is close to the market towns of Sao Bras de Alportel and Loule. It is also within easy driving distance of The Foram Algarve shopping centre in Faro. The coastal towns of Faro, Tavira and Olhao to the east and Quarteira, Vilamoura and Albufeira to the west including the famous Quinta de Lago and Vale do Lobo golf resorts. A 30 minute drive will take you to the Spanish border and the town of Ayamonte with its new shopping centre.
