The balance of the total amount (final payment) must be 'paid and received' the latest 60 days prior to the tenant’s arrival date. - If your booking request is done within the 60 day limit, full payment will be immediately requested and must be 'paid and received' the latest 7 days after your booking confirmation and/or before the arrival date at the house (final payments will not be accepted upon or after arrival at the house).
