This homely 2 bed townhouse is a duplex property and now has WIFI. It is well furnished with all the comforts of home including hairdryer, luxury corner suite/sofa bed, satellite TV, DVD and fully equipped kitchen with washing machine. It sleeps up to 7 people if you include baby in a travel cot (for hire) plus baby gates on stairs. There is a living area, kitchen and WC downstairs. Upstairs to the bedrooms and bathroom and up again to the rootop solarium to sunbathe by day and dine under the stars at night with a BBQ. At the front of the property the balcony is ideal for relaxing and watching the world go by. It overlooks a local park/play area. To the rear of the property is a large communal garden area with pool for guests to use. There are ceiling fans and heaters fitted in the living area and bedrooms. Local amenities include large supermarkets, bars and restaurants within walking distance plus enormous markets nearby. Short and long term lets available. 10 min to water parks.

This townhouse is set in a nice, quiet residential area, but less than a mile to the nearest beach. You have FREE use of our internet/WIFI service and you can also enjoy satellite tv for those extra channels. Satellite tv stations in the house include kids, sports, films, music and entertainment. There are numerous bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shopping centres within a 15 min walk. Restaurants include Chinese, Indian, Spanish. Irish bar, German bar, wine bar. There is a waterpark and go-cart track in Torrevieja which is a 10 min drive. Not forgetting Torreviejas famous market. The nearest beach is under a mile away but there are lots around, including the beautiful La Zenia beach. There are a number of nice walks and lots of golf courses in and around the surrounding areas. Pets considered.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Short, medium, long term lets available. There will be a cleaning charge of 50 euros in addition to these rates, made payable in cash to our key holder on arrival. There is a £50 security deposit to be paid which is refundable after your return subject to terms and conditions stated on our booking form. For long lets a security deposit of £50 will be required. Meet and greet fees apply for arrival and departure times between 8pm to 8am and will be charged 15 euros by our key holder for unsociable working hours. Please note the apartment will not be ready for you until 4pm on arrival day and you will need to leave by 10am on departure day to allow for cleaning.
  • Long term renters can enquire about rates and make a reasonable offer but as a guideline, a 3-6 month winter stay will be charged at £69 per week plus electricity or £89 all included. Deposits paid to secure dates are non refundable. Full payments paid in advance are refundable on a percentage tapering basis. Please ask for details.
  • You may start your stay at 4pm on the day of your arrival and will be asked to leave at 10am on departure day to allow for cleaning for following guests.

Lovely Relaxing Getaway :)

The property was lovely with and had everything we needed for our stay.
Was pleased with the cleanliness and the room sizes, However, if we were staying long-term, we feel we would have benefited from more storage in the bedrooms such as shleves.
We made use of the roof BBQ on Boxing Day which was nice however, a bit cold.
There's a supermarket (consum) 1minute drive which was very handy for fresh bread etc.
some lovely little bars and restaurants in walking distance. We had a 3course Christmas lunch in an Irish bar called 'The Mosquito' in La Florida (about 10min walk) which was only 15 Euros.
Hope you enjoy your stay here as much as we did, we would definitely like to visit again in the near future.

Had a wonderful time, the apartment was lovely clean and everything it was described as. The pool was only seconds away and the local facilities were fantastic.

Holiday town house

We stayed in this house for a week in June and the location, facilities and cleanliness of the property were excellent. There is an nice little communal pool with childrens pool as well and lawns and sunbathing area. There are also a number of first class beaches in the area. Thoroughly recommended.

We had a fantastic 18wks here,roof top barbeques with great views (especially on christmas and new years day) ideal location for beaches,bars,resturants,supermarkets all within walking distance, nearest bar The Blarneystone 2min walk at Zeniamar Comercial Centre.Great place also for exploring surrounding area by car, down to La Manga and Mar Menor or north to Benidorm and Alicante only 45min drive handy for the airport, Torrevieja a must for a visit, and inland to Queseda on the way some lovely Spanish resturants. Back in the UK now miss it very much.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

We had a wonderful relaxing week in this property. The house was in wonderful condition and the area was lovely and quiet, Restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. Would thoroughly recommend this for anyone.
