This 2 bed townhouse is a duplex property well furnished with all the comforts of home for up to 6 people with bathroom and separate wc. It has a private rooftop solarium with BBQ and sea views. For your convenience there is a hair-dryer, sun loungers and clothes washing facilities. The rooftop has table, chairs, parasol and BBQ for outdoor dining. At the front of the property the balcony is ideal for casual dining or relaxing as it overlooks the local park area with tennis courts/ play area and also has sea views. Set in a nice quiet area, but less than a mile to the nearest beach. There are numerous bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shopping centres within a 15 min walk. Restaurants include Chinese, Indian, Spanish. Irish bar, German bar, wine bar. There is a waterpark and go cart track in Torrevieja which is a 10 min drive. The nearest beach is under a mile but there are lots around. There are a number of nice walks and lots of golf courses in and around the surrounding areas. There is a new marina . Golf courses are a plenty with 4 inside a 20 minute drive.

Notes to the rental rates

  • Book now and save 10% for May to Sep 2009. Short, medium, long term lets available. Please feel free to make an offer on a late booking, make a reasonable late offer and we can consider giving you a good deal. There will be a cleaning charge of 50 euros in addition to these rates, made payable by cash to our key holder. If your stay is for more than a week, then feel free to maintain the property for the duration, saving yourself 50 euros per week and be charged only 50 euros after the final week. There is a 100 Euro deposit to be paid on arrival, refundable on departure subject to the key holder being satisfied everything is as it was found. Meet and greet fees apply from 8pm to 8am and will be charged 15 euros by our key holder for unsociable working hours. Please note the apartment will not be ready for you until 4pm on arrival day and you will need to leave at 10am on departure day to allow for cleaning.
  • Long term renters can enquire about rates and make a reasonable offer but as a guideline, a 3 month winter stay will be charged at £90 per week plus cleaning and utilities. Deposits payed to secure dates are refundable on a tapering basis.
  • You may start your stay at 4pm on the day of your arrival and will be asked to leave at 10am on departure day to allow for cleaning for following guests.
