This homely 2 bed townhouse is a duplex property well furnished with all the comforts of home, including satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen sleeping up to 6 people with bathroom and separate WC. It has a private rooftop solarium with BBQ and sea views. For your convenience there is a hair-dryer and clothes washing facilities. The rooftop has table, chairs and parasol for outdoor dining. At the front of the property the balcony is ideal for casual dining or relaxing. It overlooks the local park area with tennis courts/ play area. To the rear of the property is a large communal garden area with two full sized pools for guests use. The house is also equipped with a TV & DVD player. There are ceiling fans and heaters fitted in the living area and bedrooms. Local amenities include large supermarkets, bars and restaurants within walking distance. Set in a nice quiet area, but less than a mile to the nearest beach. There are numerous bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shopping centres within a 15 min walk. Restaurants include Chinese, Indian, Spanish. Irish bar, German bar, wine bar. There is a waterpark and go cart track in Torrevieja which is a 10 min drive. The nearest beach is under a mile but there are lots around. There are a number of nice walks and lots of golf courses in and around the surrounding areas. There is a new marina . Golf courses are a plenty with 4 inside a 20 minute drive. Satellite tv stations include kids, sports, films, music and entertainment.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Short, medium, long term lets available. There will be a cleaning charge of 50 euros in addition to these rates, made payable in cash to our key holder on arrival. There is a £100 security deposit to be paid which is refundable after your return subject to terms and conditions stated on our booking form. For long lets a security deposit of £150 will be required. Meet and greet fees apply for arrival and departure times between 8pm to 8am and will be charged 15 euros by our key holder for unsociable working hours. Please note the apartment will not be ready for you until 4pm on arrival day and you will need to leave by 10am on departure day to allow for cleaning.
  • Long term renters can enquire about rates and make a reasonable offer but as a guideline, a 3 month winter stay will be charged at £99 per week, plus cleaning fee at the end of your stay. Deposits payed to secure dates are non refundable. Full payments paid in advance are refundable on a percentage tapering basis. Please ask for details.
  • You may start your stay at 4pm on the day of your arrival and will be asked to leave at 10am on departure day to allow for cleaning for following guests.

We had a wonderful relaxing week in this property. The house was in wonderful condition and the area was lovely and quiet, Restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. Would thoroughly recommend this for anyone.

A Great Holiday

Stayed in this apartment in June, found the apartment was exactly as described and had everything one needs for a family holiday. The property was clean and well maintained, and found dealing with owner most polite. I would highly recommend this property to others.

I stayed at the property for 1 week in May. The house was in an excellent location, very quiet and pleasant but within easy walking distance of shops, bars, restaurants etc. The property was very clean and fully equipped as described. We made use of the pool areas which we had to ourselves most days and which were also very clean and well maintained. I would happily return next year and would also reccommend this house to family and friends.

what can i say about this house simply fantastic ! we spent 4wks in dec&jan it had every thing u could want very very clean nr banks pubs cafes lovely area u can still eat out cheap there even with £ so low against euro there are markets every day all not too far away the salt lakes are lovely with pink flamingos there if ur going to stay in torrevieja area do not miss this house owner rob can not do enough to help u even thow hes in the uk hope every body likes it as much as us jon tina mina eugene &lola the dog

A relaxing Holiday

We had a fantastic 2 week holiday when we stayed at the House. It has everything that you need to make it feel like home from home. We used the BBQ every night except for two, one when we ate out at one of the many Chinese buffets and the other at an Italian restaurant. There are plenty of supermarkets within easy reach all at reasonable prices.

We had excellent weather and most days we either stayed by the pool or went off to the beach. We found many lovely beaches on our travels but our favourite one was at Mil Palmeras. We hired a car for the full 2 weeks (which we would recommend) whilst we were away, and it was really simple to collect / drop off at the airport.

We went to the Go Karts in town and we had great fun and the kids enjoyed the kids track as well. We also went to the water park in Torrevieja it was fairly expensive to get in initially but they offer you tickets for just 7 Euros each if you return again within 7 days, which we did, so it cut the cost down a bit. Near to the water park is a shopping centre which has some nice shops and restaurants.

All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and we will definitely be booking again to go back very soon.
