Superb Art Deco Style Detached Villa with stunning views over Quesada Natural Park, Torreveija City and on towards the Ocean. The villa is set over 2 floors and has 3 bedrooms, master bedroom with en suite shower room plus Two Twin bedrooms, A family bathroom plus separate Guest WC, Spacious open plan living room with dining area and high spec kitchen. Off the living room is a very large Terrace (half shaded half open) with table and chairs for 6/8 persons perfect place for eating breakfast as the views are stunning. Of an evening you can watch the sun go down behind the mountains and the lights of Torreveija city come on . steps lead down form the terrace to a private swimming pool with 6 sunbeds. on the roof is another terrace with seating areas BBQ and even better views ! The villa is fully furnished and equipped has Air conditioning, Alarm system Music system TV with international satellites (many English channels)

The villas is slightly elevated and positioned on the edge of Quesada next to the Natural Park. The location is very Quiet and Tranquil. A car is recommend for getting about as the nearest shops restaurants are a 10/15 minute walk. Bikes are available for Hire. Quesada is a very large village just 7 minutes inland from the coast. It has its own Water Park with slides and water shoots and several pools (open mid June to mid September) great fun for all the family, An 18 hole golf course (La Marquesa) Dozens of restaurants of all nationalities (Spanish English Chinese Indian Italian German Scandinavian) Many bars pubs cafes etc shops supermarkets banks pharmacy petrol station etc The nearest beach (Gaudamar) is less than 10 minute drive away
