Rental rates for the apartment in Herault, Languedoc-Roussillon, France

Notes to the rental rates

• A security deposit of 150 Euro will be requested at check-in. This will be returned in full within two weeks after the end of the rental if there is no damage and the apartment is left in a clean and tidy condition.
  
• A deposit of 100 Euros per week will be payable at the time of booking with the full balance payable 6 weeks ahead of the arrival date. The deposit will be deducted from the rental due.
  
• Cancellation policy:
  Refunds will be given as follows:
  85% of rental due for cancellations over 12 weeks ahead of reserved arrival date
  50% of rental due for cancellations over 8 and less than 12 weeks ahead of reserved arrival date
  30% of rental due for cancellations over 6 and less than 8 weeks ahead of reserved arrival date
  Zero for cancellations less than 6 weeks ahead of reserved arrival date
