Large villa with private heated pool and large gardens.
Detached villa with south facing gardens and private heated pool (sun all day). Electric gates to secure parking. Lovely comfortable family lounge and large dining terrace with opening glass curtains. Master bedroom en suite with huge bath, 2nd bedroom and separate shower room, third massive bedroom en suite with 2 x double bunk beds (sleeps 4 kids) and a further lounge/bedroom sleeping 2 further people. plus extra sofa bed in another large room. Can sleep max 12 people. 10-15 minutes walk to beach and restaurants. 2 minute drive to Elviria centre and all facilities. 5 minutes drive to Marbella.

THE BEST BEACHES IN COSTA DEL SOL, can be found at Elviria along with fantastic commercial areas of Elviria with numerous shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks, hairdressers, beauty salons etc. NIKKI BEACH only 5 minutes away. Numerous beach restaurants to choose from and watersports at Elviria. Near Marriot Hotel, 5* Don Carlos Hotel, and Alanda club, all in Elviria. 5 Minutes drive from Marbella and 15 minutes (max) to Puerto Banus. Choice of 6 18 hole golf courses with 5 minutes drive and 20 courses with 15 minutes drive. Santa Maria Golf nearby offers 18 holes, clubhouse and tennis club. El Casco Tennis is located on 3 minutes drive away. Watersports can be found at the Beachhouse Restaurant in Elviria which offers a fabulous menu and glorious setting day and night. Fantastic family villa, very spacous & confortable

Our 2 families had a lovely 5 day break at this villa in May, the pool was clean and warm (heated) and the garden was great for the kids. We enjoyed the home comforts of big sofa's ,42 inch plasma tv and all our favorite sky channels (full sports and movies pack). The kids enjoyed having their own tv/play room too. The location is really good as only 2 minutes drive from elviria and the beach. We found the warm solar shower in the garden really handy after swimming. We really appreciated being looked after by the owners who gave us personal service and were available to help with local information and advice. The house was spotlessly clean and the bedlinens freshly pressed when we arrived. We really had a wonderful time and we will be booking to return for 2 weeks next may.
Highly recommended for families and couples. (good location for golfers too as nearby to 6 excellent courses).

In fact there are 20 18 hole courses within a 20 minute drive. Rio Rial, Marbella Golf, Santa Clara, El Soto, La Cala Resort (72 holes) Artola, Cabopino, Calahonda, Miraflores, Dame de Notche, La Quinta, Las Brisas, Los Noranjos, Aloha to name a few. The famous Valderama and Sotogrande courses can be reached by car in 40 minutes also.
Winter bookings are welcome and the villa is cosy by night with the open wood fire and subtle romantic lighting.
