This quiet and spacious stylish 2 bedroom furnished loft apartment located in Union square area (14th street and 3rd avenue) is in a very central location, in downtown area,close to West Village as well as East Village. It has a double size bed in each bedroom and 2 big double sofa bed in the living room. It can accomodate maximum 8 people. You will have access to high speed internet and cable tv. There is also a washing machine and a dryer in the apartment. The apartment is at one minute walk to the subway, close to supermarkets, trendy shops, restaurants,cinema, organic farmers market, You can get to Times Square in 10 minutes by subway. Sheets and towels are provided.

Great location

There were downsides to the rental, in that nobody showed up to hand over the keys and we were outside with our cases for at least half an hour. Luckily the cleaner was there and he let us in and gave us a key. We were only supplied with bedding for two beds when we wanted a bed each (there were four of us). The extra bedding never showed up and nobody ever came to take the rental balance therefore I got stung with a currency exchange card on my credit card as well as bringing the balance in $ currency as requested.
The flat is pleasant although there was a damaged interal door, wardrobe and the entry phone was out of order so I could not buzz my relative in when the rest of my family were out.
It is a great location and take outs right on the doorstep if you are too weary after a day of sightseeing and shopping.

7 girls rented this apartment for my 30th birthday and we couldn’t have had more fun. It was a great location, very clean and exactly what the pictures on line looked like. I’m so glad we decided to stay here instead of a hotel. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone.

Excellent location, excellent space, great facilities, well worth the experience.

We were 7 adults using the space and there was plenty of room, couldn't have worked out better.

I highly recommend this as a significantly better option to a hotel if you are a group of 4 to 6 people.

excellent spacious apartment, exactly as stated on the tin, great location, clean, lovely comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, excellent soundproofing, superb flatscreen TV, very efficient organisation in terms of booking and key handover, thoroughly recommend
