Orlando villa with pool - sleeps 8 - near Disney.
Our villa - Palm Tree Villa - built in 2004, has all modern amenities and a private heated pool (28'x 14'). The pool area has a covered lanai, a swing seat, pool chairs and recliners and tables for al fresco dining. We have two double and two twin bedrooms, plus a sofa bed, bringing the maximum occupancy to 10. The house is very suitable for children with kids' books, toys and games provided. We also provide a booster chair and two buggies/strollers free of charge. We are situated just 10 minutes from Disney World and 20 minutes from Universal Studios in the quiet, gated community of Sanctuary at Westhaven. The house is equipped with: Games room with air hockey, basketball, fussball (table football); FREE WiFi broadband internet access (bring your own laptop); Air conditioning; Digital cable TV in lounge, 3 other TVs in bedrooms; DVD player and collection of DVDs; CD player/radios; Telephone with FREE calls to anywhere; Gas BBQ; Plentiful bed linen & towels.
