We are fully booked for 2008 but are now taking reservations for the Summer of 2009. Available starting Friday, June 12th, 2009 to Tuesday, September 8th, 2009. No other dates in 2009 are available. June 12, 2009-June 30, 2009-$600 per night-Plus 10% 'bed tax'. July 2009-$1,200 per night-Plus 10% bed tax OR $30,000 for the month (no bed tax). Aug. 2009-$1,200 per night-Plus 10% bed tax OR $30,000 for the month (no bed tax). Santa Barbara County makes us charge a 10% bed tax for rentals 30 days or less. July and August of 2009 are 31 days so no bed tax is collected by us if you stay for 31 days. The minimum rental period is 7 nights and priority will be given to multiple week or monthly rentals. Bottom Floor Description: The Bottom Floor has two bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and the other with a King bed. Both bedrooms have large Panasonic HD Televisions and DVD players.
