The property is four years old with four bedrooms two of them en suite with double beds and the other two having two single beds and sharing a shower. The house sits on a hillside with magnificent views over the Mediterranean and the Costa Brava coastline near to Palamos. There is a swimming pool, pool deck, outdoor barbecue and fridge together with kitchen, dining room and lounge. There is a TV and DVD player, utility room with washing machine and the kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher and large refrigerator. The property is in the Vizcondado de Cabanyes neighbourhood which is established on an old Roman vineyard. The property is surrounded bu cork trees and is calm and peaceful. The local area is well supplied with supermarkets, restaurants, golf courses and beaches. Within 5 kilometres there are the beautiful beaches of S`Agaro, Castell, La Fosca and San Antoni. There are many areas to walk along the coastline. Barcelona is 75 minutes away and the historical Girona,40 mins.

Extensive quality golf facilities locally: There are a variety of top golf courses locally. Most particularly the three courses in the Pals area including Pals itself, a beautiful but tight course beside the Costa Brava coastline, Serres de Pals which si slightly inland and Emporda which is a modern Championship course. Additionally, there is Mas Nou between Romanya and Platja d`Aro and Christina D`Aro which is close to Castell d`Aro and S`Agaro. All of these are within 20 minutes drive of the house.
