Luxury Loft Roma is placed right in the center of everything: a recently restored penthouse, with a panoramic view of the Roman Center rooftops, the Gianicolo Hill (one of roman Seven Hills). The 1' district is full of restaurant and any kind of shop you need. On Sunday you can reach the famous Portaportese Market at only 50m. The groceries and the fresh food market are only steps away. The apartment is comfortably furnished and fully equipped, with air conditioning, heating for a warm atmosphere.

This cosy apartment is located in the heart of the historical 1' district, close to Lungotevere, Portaportese, Trastevere, the Tiber River Bank, in an area that, together with Trastevere, on the other side of the bridge, best displays the lively roman lifestyle. During summertime, the river banks are crowded with young people enjoying the nightlife by the inexpensive kiosks, serving drinks, beer and all sort of food; all year round, however, bars, pizzerias, restaurants, clubs, cinemas, theater, open air markets, the Sunday fleas market and all sort of shops, keep the guests always very busy! The coliseum, ancient Rome amenities are easily reachable, even by walking.

Notes: A daily cleaning service can be booked through the owner, for extra charge. The main square of Trastevere district is just downstairs, full of life and well kept, with high trees. The bus stop is close and the Metro station just off the district. The area is also served all around by a cable bus, to reach the most important and historical sites of Rome, on both sides of the River Tiber.

The guests will find washing machine, oven, iron and iron board and a toaster, kettle and everything you need for a pleasant holiday, even Rome maps.

"Très joli appartement, très bien situé, il permet de nombreuses visites à pied. L'équipement vaisselle est un peu juste pour permettre de se préparer vraiment des repas. Les propriétaires sont très aimables et accueillants. Un excellent souvenir de ce séjour à Rome."

"We had a very comfortable, clean, peaceful, pleasant stay in this penthouse. The owners were very courteous and accommodating. The location was wonderful -- convenient to museums, restaurants, groceries, transportation and great for passeggiate any time of day."

"Joli Appartement bien équipé, agréable à vivre (le balcon est très plaisant) et très bien situé : nous avons pu faire toutes nos visites sans prendre le bus ni le métro. Nous y avons passé une semaine très agréable et nous y reviendrions avec plaisir !"

"Ce logement est agréable, au calme et très convivial. On se sent en vacances mais comme chez soi ! L'équipement de l'appartement est vraiment pensé pour accueillir des vacanciers. Une bonne vue sur cour intérieure très typique et facile d'accès depuis le métro. Propriètaire très sympathique et parle Français ! Idéal pour passer un bon séjour !"

Romantic and confortable, wonderful view!!!

The house was exactly as descripted on the site, clean, well-maintaied and very romantic in the night. The view is unique and down the street we found everything we search for. The owner is very kind and gave us all the information about the district, how to move and city map.
Round the place there are many nice restaurant where we tried the tipical roman cuisine. Also in Sunday we saw the Portaportese marked that is just round the corner.
High recommend!!!
