A Modern Ground Floor 2 Bedroom Holiday Apartment & resort close to Lisbon. Ideal for young families, golfers and elderly. In the Villaggio Manique Resort with Gardens, Swimming Pool, tennis courts, children’s play areas and underground parking. The new Ground Floor 2 Bedroom Apartment has a large living area and full kitchen (inc. dishwasher, washing machine and Nespresso coffee machine). The living area has dining table for 6 and 2 large leather sofas (1 is a sofa bed). There is an entertainment system with a collection of DVDs and IPod stereo (along with board games, novels and magazines). The main bedroom has a king size bed, built in storage, and en-suite shower & bath. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds, built in storage and terrace. The apartment is cleaned weekly and linen is supplied (do bring your own swimming & beach towels). It is close to 9 Golf courses, the Cascais and Estoril beaches, Casino, Tennis stadium, Equestrian and Sailing clubs.

The Villaggio Manique Resort is in Cascais, right on the Estoril coast. It is close to the Sintra Mountain Range and its Natural Park, to extensive gorgeous beaches and is only 25 kms away from the beauty and culture of cosmopolitan Lisbon. The Estoril Coast stretches along the beautiful west coast from Lisbon with an abundance of sandy blue flag beaches. Cascais is a sophisticated and lively city, with plenty of cultural interest, with the 16th Century Church, many museums and a zoo. From Villaggio Manique u can enjoy swimming, tennis, sailing, windsurfing, equestrian, the Estoril Casino and 9 Golf Courses. It is a short drive to the stunning Sintra-Cascais Natural Park – a UNESCO World Heritage site. A great way to see Sintra is by the Sintra tram, and from which Palacio Nacional, Modern Art Museum, Toy Museum and Archaeological Museum can be discovered. Lisbon airport is 20 minutes drive with many international links to the UK, Germany, France, Netherlands and greater Europe.

A deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Balance of 70% required to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Check in after 4:00 pm and check out before 11:00 am. Other arrangements possible if no other guests are coming in / going out the same day. Saturday is the preferred change over day, but this is negotiable depending on availability.
When staying longer than 2 weeks a 10% reduction will be applied

Accommodation comprises main bedroom with en-suite bathroom with a large size bed, a second bedroom with 2 single beds, a living room with dining and sitting areas, full bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. This is a private resort that offers easy access by foot to the village for restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy. The apartment is cleaned for incoming guests and once a week thereafter, with change of bed linen and towels. Extensive landscaping includes gardens, terraces, walkways and squares where children can play freely and safely, all in a totally car free environment.

Apartment Access
It is a modern newly built apartment that is situated on the ground floor. It is ideal for families with small children and for elderly people. Access to the apartment can be directly from car park on the access road or alternatively through an elevator from the underground car parking. The apartment has its own car park in the underground car park.
