.This immaculate upstairs 1354 sq. ft air conditioned apartment is situated in the gated golf course community of Heritage Oaks Golf & Country Club. The facilities include a superb top quality golf course with immaculate greens and fairways, 5 heated swimming pools, Har-Tru tennis courts, fitness centre and a superb club house with restaurant and bar offering excellent value for money. The apartment has fantastic views over the 12th fairway and green from the open plan living room, dining room and kitchen. It has an en suite master bedroom with queen size bed and TV, and a guest room with two single beds and TV. plus a separate bathroom with shower. There is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The lounge has TV and DVD and opens on to a screened lanai. There is a fully equipped kitchen. All linen and towels are included. From May-Oct there is an arrangement with up to 40 golf clubs providing free golf, normally on payment of cart fees only.

Heritage Oaks Golf & Country Club is only 20 minutes away from nearly 35 miles of beautiful beaches including Siesta and Long Boat Keys where you can relax and enjoy the tropical sunshine on the Gulf of Mexico after a game of golf, and to round off the day why not try a dinner cruise. For the more energetic there is sailing or parasailing. Downtown Sarasota provides numerous shopping malls and boutiques, with a wide variety of restaurants, also art galleries, theatre, concerts and live entertainment. St. Armands Circle is a shoppers paradise. There is an abundance of bird and wildlife on the preserves and in the sanctuaries with the closest being Myaka River State Park, a close neighbour of Heritage Oaks, extending over 29,000acres. In addition to the wildlife there is cycling, walking and air boat tours. Approximately two hours drive will take you to Disney World and the Epcot Centre. In addition to Heritage Oaks you can choose to play from numerous non member golf clubs in the area

Additional information about rental rates

  • Our minimum rental period is 2 weeks May-August, we do not accept weekly rentals. The weeks available are flexible over the calendar months. Check for late availability rates. Membership transfer entitles you to the use of all the amenities i.e golf, tennis, aerobics, water aerobic classes, gym and leisure facilities. When playing golf in the low season you will only play a cart fee, during Nov-Apr( high season ) modest green fees apply. Prior to your arrival we will set up the appointment for membership transfer which is payable directly to the admin office.
  • Wherever you live you can escape from the cold winter months or the wet summer months of Europe to enjoy the Florida sunshine and lifestyle. Europeans can stay for up to 3 months without applying for a visa. With expensive winter fuel charges why not put the money towards a holiday in the sun. The rental rates are great value for money especially with all the facilities on offer and with the Gulf Coast beaches only 20 minutes away

Notes: The apartment is light and airy with open plan living, dining/kitchen areas. The well equipped kitchen provides all amenities for self catering. Set in beautiful surroundings of preserves and lakes the 18 hole championship golf course has five tee positions to suit all standards of player and has an aquatic driving range. Membership transfer ($200 per couple Nov-Apr) ($50 per couple May-Oct) provides access to all the facilities.

GOLF DETAILS: An 18 hole championship golf course set amongst lakes and nature reserves, a fantastic club house, great 19th hole, set in superb well kept grounds. The fairways and greens are of the highest standard and in our opinion Heritage Oaks would be hard to surpass in the surrounding area. The aquatic driving range provides an unusual and interesting setting for improving the golf swing. The golf pro's are friendly and helpful and the well stocked shop is always worth a browse. Reciprocal arrangements with other clubs in the area in the summer months provide an alternative courses, normally for only payment of a cart fee.

BEACHES: Siesta Key with its beautiful white sand is an award winning beach within 20 minutes of Heritage Oaks and close to downtown Sarasota. Long Boat Key, Nokomis and Venice beaches are also close by.

Dear Mike and Liz
Thank you for a superb holiday. The accommodation was more than enough for the two of us, clean and very spacious. The view from the picture windows had us sitting on the porch with our breakfast, and seeing birds such as sandbill cranes, herons, and waders so close. Sunsets to die for!! Within a few miles we visited Seista Key, Longboat Key and all the way to Ana Marie Island. Stunning beaches and the sea water was so warm. Within half an hour a visit to Myaka National Park is very rewarding. You will love the airboat with close encounters with alligators and the canopy walk. We are hoping to go back again soon. Thank you once again.

Thanks Mike and Liz for all your help and for ensuring our time in Florida was so enjoyable.

We found the apartment spotlessly clean with all home comforts. It's position overlooking the course was superb and being just a short drive to the beautiful Siesta beach and down town Sarasota was a real bonus.

We hope to visit again in 2009.

What a FAB time we had couldn't ask for anything else.As for the condo you can't complain about nothing. Clean,Comfortable, Homely excellent location nice neighbours ( who live there all year round )
Golf for my hubby and 16yr old with many other golf courses at a price of a golf cart. WHAT A BARGAIN...
And for my 18yr old the gym and pool.
And for myself peace and quiet & knowing that all the family are catered for with excellent facilites and near the beaches.
Great holiday for Golfers
Well and Truely recommend this accomodation.
Helpful & Friendly staff
Great stay. We'll definitely be going back.
