The apartment is in a premium location, Ibiza´s most exclusive & cosmopolitan area, Marina Botafoch complex. Where you can find upmarket shops, most fashion boutiques and wonderful restaurants/cafes. Car hire and travel agents are also located in this complex. Ibiza Town is a 15 minute walking distance. Also from the Marina complex in high season, a regular boat service runs across the harbour to Ibiza Town all day until the early hours. On the other side of the apartment is the lovely & sandy 'Talamanca Beach', with bars and restaurants. Famous Pacha and El Divino nightclubs are just 5-10 minutes walking distance, although no noise heard from apartment.
