This Villa is pòsitioned with fantastic views. Comprising lounge/dinner, kitchen, utility & shower room, separate wc. On the upper level via the spiral staircase is a double bedroom with 360 degree stunning views, so beautiful to relax in, leading onto the sun terrace to take a glass of wine or practice yoga 'salute to the sun'. A double/twin bedroom with separate shower, washbasin & wc room. The second room is a lounge with sky TV and dvd player or it can be used as a bedroom for baby, you may hire baby items. Claire who will take care of the villa to make your stay comfortable. Estudio Cielo is a fabulous rustic retreat to enjoy all year holiday and to chill/ relax soak up the sun or use the wood burner on cool evenings to heat earthenware dishes on top to keep tapas warm, or over a glass of wine, read a book, paint the turquoise lake with shadows falling on face of the mountain or listen to the birds, on the patio. Stroll around the garden or stroll to the lake bar/restaurant.

The villa is 45 minutes from Malaga Airport and 20 minutes drive to Torre del Mar with its beautiful promenade, beach, marina with many restaurants and shops and a cosmopolitan atmosphere. The villa stands in an acre of gardens, just a kilometre off the main road. Outlook is rural although there are villas in the lane which gives a sense of community. There are two restaurant bars situated at the Lake side so you can walk via track about 15 minutes walk or car journey via main road 5 minutes, or you can drive to Los Romanes village 5 minutes by car and enjoy the wonderful food at charcoal restaurant or use the local mini supermarket. This area is classified as outstanding natural beauty, 30 minutes from Nerja and one and half hours from the snow fields of the Sierra Nevada and the famous Granada´s Alhambra Palace in Andalucia. Alcauciñ village 20 miutes and National Park area are situated at the foothills of Sierra Tejeda Mountains. This viila is all what you need for a great stay.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The rental rate includes all linen, towels and services IE gas and electric.
    We have stated high and low season prices, but we would offer a special price for more than two week rental. The studio villa is well euipt and we have sky free to view tv and dvd player via tv, there is no spanish tv. We recommend that you bring your DVDs if you have children.
    We don´t have a swimming pool but we have a small plunge pool to sit and relax, which is situated in the lower terrace of the garden, where you can walk through the garden and enjoy the view. If you have children there is plenty of land for them to explore and have fun. Close by a 5 minute car journey or 15 minute walk you can use the swimming pool at the camping site / restaurant for a small fee. This is a new swimming pòol with plenty of sun beds to use or sample the wonderful food served in the restaurant. There is a small charge for using this facility.
    Otherwise there is swimmimg pool and tennis courts at the local hotel to use
  • On booking a deposit will be taken and then 10 weeks before your holiday date final payment should be paid and a security deposit which is refundable after your holiday.
    If you need to disgust requirements please email we shall be glad to help.
    As for late bookings we are gladly to help and special arrangements can be made via claire who takes care of the villa and bookings. we are very flexible with bookings and will do our very best to accommodate your needs.
    If you require extra services Ie A welcome meal on arrival, theme nights, or a celebration event we can arrange this for you and claire will gladly take your details and fully manage your requirements.

Notes: The out door pool is natural its different to the standard pool. The pool size is not for swimming it is more for the days you want to plunge and cool down. There are no chemicals and is maintained on a regular basis, the plunge pool is situated on the lower terrace of the garden where you can view the lake and spectacular mountain. Also there is BBQ facility for sitting or you may wish to lounge. As for daily maid service and babysitting facilities are available as required and should be paid for by the guests directly to Claire. This service can be prearranged. Wheelchair access to the courtyard bedroom would need to be prearranged with Claire.

Alcauciñ village and national Park: Alcauciñ is a typical white village buildings in the heart of the Axarquia region and has 5 spouts fountain where the water is constantly flowing, located in the centre of the village. It is situated at the foothills of Sierra Tejeda, a national park today. The park amenities and wildlife are an important local feature - the locality is a haven for bird watching, painting, photography or writing and joyful hill walking. The herd of sheep and goats with the bells ringing out their presence and under watchful eye of the shepherd and his dog, as they make there way most days past the villa boundaries.

Estrella events is a service which is highly recommended for an activity you may require to your personal taste, you may log on to the site and view or make contact with Claire as she can give you details of an activity of your choice. At the studio we have maps and books for your interest to use while at your stay. Please enquire of car rental via Claire or if you have a choice we do recommend a 4x4 as when leaving the main road it is a track lane, so not to have a car which is low.

special requirements: The thought on arrival !!! where are going to eat, how do we find the restaurant in the dark, is it good food and the price is right is there time to freshen up, un pack the suitcase and soak up the surroundings over a drink or two ? We have now introduce a service of dinner on arrival all prepared for your needs, we can also offer choice of theme night i.e Spanish, Italian, French,etc This service is an extra charge and Claire can take your details and forward the price on booking or near to the holiday date. Once your details of requirements have been booked you can then just wait for the holiday to come and all will be prepared for your arrival.
