The Waterfall House a Vacation Rental Home near Woodstock NY in both The Hudson River Valley & Catskil Mountains. Swim, fishing, hiking right out your front door. The legendary Niobe Waterfalls is the setting for this charming 2 bedroom 2 bath Victorian home at the end of a quiet country lane. Our private den sleeps two with clever and comfortable twin bed 'sleeper chairs.' Most rooms afford a spectacular waterfall view. A romantic, wrap around veranda runs along the river and is the perfect place for morning coffee or tea (supplied, of course, along with a variety of wholesome breakfast items). Fully furnished Good Dogs welcome. Just 2 hours north of New York City.

| Notes: | Children that can wander must be supervised as the cliifs can be very dangerous. Outdoor pool is the natural swimming holes. Elderly can live on on ground floor but could not get to the swimming holes. Ground floor is wheel chair accessible but bathroom is not. |

Golf is one mile from house. Trout Fishing is out your front door. Hiking trails are 100 meters from house. Waterfall watching is from living room windows, bedroom windows and large veranda. The Fernwood for terrific food, drink and music is a short walk. Endless amount of antique stores are about 15 minutes away in Hudson NY Saugerties about 8 miles has a number of antique stores and fine eateries The World famous Woodstock is 12 miles, with outstanding food and music.
However with the views and sounds of moving water you may never want to leave the house.
