Luxurious, 3 bed-roomed villa, with pool, close to the sea

The villa is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac and is highly suitable for a summer holiday rental. The open-plan living area is cool and spacious with air-con. There is a fully fitted kitchen equipped with good quality appliances. The dining area seats 8 and the lounge has a 3-piece suite, with 2 large sofas one of which is a bed settee, and TV with satellite channels. Both the dining and lounge areas have patio doors opening on to the patio and swimming pool area. The patio also has an electrically operated awning, gas-fired barbeque and patio furniture. There is modesty fencing along all 3 sides of the patio offering reasonable privacy for the pool. . Climbing the marble stair case gives access to the upper floor. Two rear bedrooms, a double and a twin, have access via patio doors to a balcony. The 3rd bedroom, a twin room, has views up the cul-de-sac to farm land. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bed-side cabinets.

Ayia Triada has its own horse-shoe shaped beach with fishing haven and chapel. If you're up early you can buy fresh fish for breakfast. Walk along the coast path towards Protaras and you will discover several other beaches: try swimming, banana boat riding or hire a boat trip along the bay to view Famagusta. You can buy basic provisions from either of 2 privately owned supermarkets, a 3 minute walk from the villa. Kapparis main street is a 15 minute walk away, where you can hire bikes, use the internet ,shop in bigger supermarkets and eat out in a variety of restaurants from ethnic to Italian or Chinese. There are good roads to Larnaca or Nicosia for shopping, Pafos for visiting ruins or the Troodos mountains for horse riding in cooler air. All of these are day-trip outings, or longer if you wish. Night clubs and lively evening entertainment can be found in Protaras or Aya Napa, 5 or 15 minute drives away respectively.
