Oasis Beach residential Complex is located in the southern part of the Valencia region, near to the beautiful old town of Altea. The apartment is located within the magnificent natural environment of the Mascarat Mountain, next to the Morro de Toix Nature Reserve and not far from the Luis Camponmanes Sports Marina. This is one of the most beuatiful and peaceful areas of the coast, offering marvellous sea views. Oasis beach is a seafront apartment, the real feature of the property is the wonderful sea views from the master bedroom and living room terraces, and the huge upper roof terrace with private pool (5x2m), the terraces are equipped with table and chairs for alfresco dining and loungers on the pool terrace. Beautiful beaches and local restaurants are a short walk away.

Coast / Beach: The bay of Altea stretches for 6km and the area boasts many 'blue flag' beaches, outstanding for their clear water. The apartment is a short walk to Altea's sandy bay which includes a port and the Luis Campomanes Marina and is home to many yachts and cruisers, bars and restaurants and exciting watersports. Calp is 6km away and is ideal for families as it boasts 2 sandy beach and children's play areas.

Further local information: There is a weekly Market in Altea on a Tuesday. There are 2 water sports centers serving Altea, El Club Nautico de Altea and the El Puerto deportivo de Luis Campomanes. Both offering diving, windsurfing, fishing, boat cruises and sailing. In the Luis Campomanes harbor you can see some of the most spectacular yachts. There are 2 main beaches in Altea both a mixture of sand and pebbles. The Playa de la Roda and the Playa de Cap Blanch. Other beaches close to Altea are the Playa de Cap Negret with its black pebbles and the Playa de L´Olla just in front of the island with the same name. At the Mascarat point to the north of the Altea bay are the shingled coves of La Solsida, La Barreta and La Galera. The Palau Altea Centre d'Arts provides a vast variety of entertainment and cultural activities for both residents and visitors. Got to say - spot on description. This really is a peach of a location and the apartment suits it perfectly. Went just after new year to escape the - well everything really. And even though obviously not seeing this at the best weather it was such a lovely break and recharged the batteries just beautifully.

The view was worth it alone. All around. It sometime just a single aspect - was delighted to just take it all in over a glass or two ;)

Everything is nearby and as advertised and the marina at Mascarat is a joy to amble around. if you love boats that makes it even better but its a nice feel to it even if that doesn't float yours. Give it some hotter conditions later in the year and it would be even better. prices are ok all things considered by the exchange rate and with the view from the top you can easily be very happy to not go anywhere!

The beach was ace to walk along too...

Found Amanda to be very helpful and efficient.

Just wanted to say thanks so much for making our holiday special.
The apartment was everything you advertised and more, and the thoughtful extras were so welcoming.
We keep telling all our friends about it and the photo's we have of the view are breathtaking.
We had a great time and will be back as soon as possible!!!!

The pictures on-line sold it to me but really don't do it any justice as it's absolutely more beautiful than depicted here.

The property was immaculate and well maintained throughout and was nothing less than I expected and believe me I had high expectations!

Since being to the Oasis I have recommended it to many of my friends and are hoping to visit again in this year and the old town of Altea is just charming.

I would just like to say that I have rented apartments before and had expectations however I would just like to say that this apartment blew them all out of the water!!!!!

Beautifully decorated and furnished with stunning views and in a great location this place really helped the holiday go of without a hitch.

I will be recommending to friends and would just like to say thank you again.
