'LE TRE QUERCE' is a wonderful, typical and romantic private country-house with a great private park with pool located in a wonderful panoramic position: lying on the side of Monte Voltraio 'LE TRE QUERCE' looks at the suggestive show of Tuscan hills between Pisa, Siena and Florence. In complete loneliness, in a place where the time seems to be stopped, 'LE TRE QUERCE' offers its guests tranquillity, joy and relax as you can walk in the wood and have a bath in the wonderful panoramic swimming pool (14x7 m.) located in the park of the house. At the ground floor you can find a big living room and a kitchen while at the first floor there are 6 bedrooms (doubles and twins) all with private bathroom and shower. Just near the main entrance there's also a separated mini-apartment with a double room, a private bathroom with shower and a private kitchen. Two rooms and the separated apartments can also have an extra-bed so that 'LE TRE QUERCE' can offer a maximum of 14+3 places to see

Very close to the house you can also find typical Tuscan villages as San Gimignano, Casole d'Elsa, Monteriggioni or wonderful historical sites as the church of San Galgano. From LE TRE QUERCE, by the way, you can easily go to visit Florence, Siena and Pisa (Noone more than 80 kms far) with their wonderful monuments.

All the rooms are very bright and 'en-suite' so that they have a private bathroom with shower. The structure of the rooms is very particular and nice with arched ceiling and the typical Tuscan furniture. The separated apartment provides one more double room with a double sofa-bed and a private bathroom with shower. On request is also possible to have special beds for the childrens.

I booked this villa for a week's holiday to celebrate my wife's 30th. Her parents were visiting from overseas and 7 friends joined us for a few days. Le Tre Querce was the perfect location for a celebration! The villa is stunning. Tucked away on the side of a mountain with postcard views of the rolling hills you expect in Tuscany. We were greeted on arrival and welcomed to the villa. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds and linens were very comfortable. The bathrooms were new and our guests loved having their own private bathrooms. The dining area is a great size for entertaining. It was too cool to enjoy the outdoor dining area but we would love to return in the summer to test it out! The boys enjoyed kicking the football in the park area by the pool while the ladies lazed in the sun and chatted. It was the perfect getaway with enough space to enjoy each others company but then escape for some private time. The owner was very helpful with advice on the local area and Florence. The restaurants in Volterra are very good, reasonably priced and only 10 mins drive. We absolutely loved our stay at Le Tre Querce and have no hesitation recommending the villa! We very much hope to return one day. A big thank you to Francesco and his family for being so helpful and welcoming and making our holiday truly special.

What to say about this place? It's just a paradise where to have a holiday! The rooms are so nice, the villa so warm and the pool so... SIMPLY WONDERFUL!

We had just one week of vacation but we hope to stay here again in the future.
