The apartment is beautifully furnished with high quality furnishings and comprises two twin bedrooms each with built in wardrobe; 1 luxury bathroom; hall with built-in cupboard; open plan kitchen; lounge/dinning area, small utility room and large terrace. The kitchen,complete with breakfast bar is fully fitted with dishwasher; fridge freezer, hob oven & microwave. A washing machine is located in the utility room. Living/Dining area is fully furnished with a large suite that can convert to a double bed. Satellite TV, DVD Player, Video Player & Playstation 1 also included. The beach resorts of Denia & Javea are a 15 minute drive. The fabulous Paramount Terra Mitica Park is a 35 minute drive from the apartment.
