This beautiful spacious three bedroom apartment is over looking the north course. The apartment has been recently built and is placed over two floors. The living/dining room, kitchen and master bedroom are on the first floor and you go down stairs to the second and third bedrooms and bathrooms. A large terrace leads off the living area with great views there is also a private terrace off the master bedroom and bedrooms two and three share a terrace. It has air-conditioning/central heating, satellite TV, DVD player plus various DVDS and a games console and games are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, hod, microwave, tumble dryer. The washing machine is down stairs in the third bathroom.

There are three golf courses with 18 holes, and is considered one of the best golf resorts in the world. Quality tennis facilities used in the prestigious championships like the Davis Cup and Federation Cup. Twenty eight tennis courts, two paddle courts and squash courts.

We stayed at this apartment in September 2008 for one week.

The apartment was exactly as described. It was beautifully furnished and everything was brand new. The view and pool area were magnificent.

Having visited La Manga on numerous occasions, this was the best property we have stayed in by a mile.

We would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to anyone - you won't be disappointed!

"5 Star Golf Villa"

Stayed at Buena Vista Villa number 4 to play golf for 5 days with friends.
Villa situated less than 5 minutes from all three golf courses.
Staying in this apartment entitles you to 3 rounds for 260 euro's, which is 50% off the normal price.
The North and South courses are a good test of golf and are beautifully maintained, and very picturesque. I would recommend an electric trolley for 19 Euros per day, as using a buggy is hard work as you have to keep to the cart paths.
The West course is a real challenge of golf and one of the most impressive golf courses I have played in the world. I highly recommend a buggy (51 euro per round) as the walk is vey hilly, but worth all the effort.
The apartment is 20 minutes drive from Murcia airport and situated at the top of a hill overlooking the three golf courses. The view from the patio is stunning by day or night.
The apartment is very spacious and beautifully appointed. There are three large bedrooms which comfortably sleep 6 adults. The villa has all luxury fittings including TV, satellite and fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and tumble drier.
There is a large private swimming pool opposite the entrance which is heated and well maintained. Close by is Luigi Restaurant which is highly recommended for quality Italian food, and next door is the local shop for essentials.
La manga is a world class golf resort offering high quality golf on all three courses , with good restaurants and bars, although some very pricey.
This brand new apartment offers high quality accommodation, close to all amenities, which combined with the golf discount is good value for money
Would strongly recommend a car (120 Euros for 5 days including petrol)

An excellent choice!

Having just returned from a 3-week summer break in La Manga, we would fully recommend this property to anyone considering it! It is very spacious, fantastically clean, and being brand new, all of the facilities are...........brand new!
Up past the Las Lomas part of the Resort, you probably need a car, but the benefits of the views, the peace and the "exclusiveness" of the Buena Vista development - combine to make this our favourite of the three properties we have rented in La Manga over the years.

One little tip for those new to La Manga is that whilst it's a brilliant resort for golf, tennis, football and generally a first class family holiday, the restaurants are a little on the expensive side. Get out and about to the nearby villages of Los Belones and Capo de Palos. Our favourite restaurant was even closer, just 2-3 minutes from the apartment and called Maribel.

In summary, the best review we think you can ever provide is that we would absolutely recommend to family and friends, AND that we hope to book to return next year!!!
