Outdoors we have terraces on all bedrooms and living areas all with amazing sea views. At the poolside we have lawned and terraced areas where you can chose shade or sunshine. We have table tennis, barbecue and a table and chairs for your outdoor dining. A fantastic tranquil retreat which helps us escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Notes to the rental rates

• Qunita da Fortaleza is under development and this is reflected in the prices. The property to our right was completed 2006 and the 2 on our right will be completed 2008. We have a management service on a 24 hour call out system and any problems can be solved by them during your stay. They will also meet and greet you in Burgau and lead you to the Villa. Pleas make sure you have adequate insurance cover during your stay at QDF89. We do not accept any responsibility for any accidents or injuries to you or any member of your party during your stay at the Villa.
  
• Pool heating is charged at £200 per week. You will not need this during the summer months however it is an option for winter months if required.
  
• We ask that all guest arrive no earlier than 4.00 pm and leave no later that 10.30 am on morning of departure. This will enable us to ensure the villa is well prepared for the next guests.
  A 40% non refundable deposit is taken at time of booking and the balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to your departure.
  Bed linen and towels (No Beach Towels) are included and changed at the end of each week and a general clean is provided mid week. Extra maid service can be provided at an extra charge

Things To Do

Cape St Vincent with it's dramatic headland is the most South Western point of Europe and is just a 25 min drive from the villa. Sagres is it's neighbour with good beaches. Zoomarine is situated near to Albufeira. It is an amazing day out where you can swim with dolphins and enjoy the spectacle. Slide and Splach is near Lagoa and is a great water park for all ages. A drive out to the Monchique mountains is a great place to sample Chicken Piri Piri at its very best. Lagos of course, has much on offer from dolphin safari's to wake boarding for the adventurous. Why not charter a boat and have lunch anchored up in one of the many coves along this dramatic coastline. Lagos town is impressive, steeped in history with its cobbled streets and traditional charm or the marina where old meets new. One of the beaches in Largos spans approx 5 km with golden sand, watersports and beach cafe's. The motorway provides an easy link to Spain and you can be in Seville in 2 hours.

Parque da Floresta

Parque da Floresta is the sister site to Quinta da Fortaleza. Parque da Floresta is an award winning site providing the backdrop to a beautiful but demanding golf. Floresta Beauty Spa a great place to unwind. Tennis, bowls and kids club, football academy tennis coaching and golf academy. There is a Golf Club where lunch is served daily, an outdoor pool with snack facilities, an Italian restaurant, you can even have take away meals delivered to your door. There is a bus which runs between the beach bar and Parque da Floresta for your use during your stay with us and you will also benefit from discounted green fees.

Getting There

Lagos is approx 90 km from Faro Airport. The new motorway provides the perfect road link. Lisbon Airport is no more than a 2.5 hour drive and again a motorway link to Lagos.

Skiing Information:

We have 2 properties in Argentiere near Chamonix. Luxury Ski Accommodation at its very best. Please contact us for details.

Golf Information:

There are excellent Golf facilities in the surrounding area and you can chose from 7 alternative courses within a 30 minute drive from the villa. Parque da Florest is a very demanding course where we can offer you discounted green fees. Other Golf Courses include: Boa Vista, Palmares, Morgado.
