The villa is large detached 3/4-bed Villa (sleeps 8 to 10) with private 9x5m kidney-shaped swimming pool, located on a large corner plot in a quiet residential area. Pubs, restaurants and shops within a 3min to 20min walk from the Villa, though car advisable for shopping and exploring. A 25min walk you'll find the ever popular Villamartin plaza and golf course. A 10min drive, 5Km away, will take you to many glorious Costa Blanca sandy 'blue flag' beaches. Villa consists of 1 double bedroom and 2 x triple bedrooms (all with fitted wardrobes) 2 x lounges, air-conditioning (heating & cooling), gas heating, 2 x kitchens, enclosed dining area, sunny balcony (with large awning), massive roof solarium & garage (keep car out of sun!). Downstairs lounge contains double sofa-bed for sleeping an extra 2 people. Choice of Murcia or Alicante airports. Supplied with all home comforts inc. SAT TV (BBC, etc.), dishwasher, HiFi, etc. Property perfect for 2 families holidaying together or large groups

The Spanish town of Torrevieja is just a 15min drive away, along with the typical Spanish town of Oriheula. There are also some aqua parks in the area, along with go-karting, cinemas, many markets and much more.

Very smart, clean and spacious villa in the tourist area around Torrevija.

Good pool. Easy walking distance to a number of bars and restaurants (2-3 mins) or go a little further (10-15 mins) to the local mall where there is an even greater
selection.

Beaches are a short car journey away along the coast road in either direction.
