Pubs, restaurants and shops within a 3min to 20min walk from the Villa, though car advisable for shopping and exploring. A 25min walk you'll find the ever popular Villamartin plaza and golf course. A 10min drive, 5Km away, will take you to many glorious Costa Blanca sandy 'blue flag' beaches. Villa consists of 1 double bedroom and 2 x triple bedrooms (all with fitted wardrobes) 2 x lounges, air-conditioning (heating & cooling), gas heating, 2 x kitchens, enclosed dining area, sunny balcony (with large awning) and a massive roof solarium.
