Photos and Description of this Cascais holiday villa Quiet district, good for walking and very relaxing

A pleasant villa with a beautiful garden and a big pine tree in a quiet residential district street, just approx 5km from Cascais and Guincho beaches. Close to A5 motorway to Lisbon and served by bus to the center of Cascais and railway station. The garden has barbecue and furniture to have meals outdoor. Parking inside property. It is provided with 5 bed and can accommodate up to 7 people (2 large bedrooms each one with double bed, 1 bedroom with single bed and a loft with twin beds). There are 2 fully equipped bathrooms and also one toilet. The kitchen is large and fully equipped with gas oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave as well as table with 4 chairs for light meals. There is also a clothing machine in the garage. The living room with 40 m2 can accommodate up to 10 people and is equipped with cable TV, DVD and hi-fi system. The dinning room can accommodate 6/8 people. The loft has a terrace which is suitable for sunbaths and relax time.

Located in a quiet district in Aldeia de Juzo, Cascais, an old fishing village with beautiful beaches and a magnificent view to the ocean and the mountain of Sintra. Near the town of Sintra, a world heritage site, Estoril with its famous casino and Lisbon just at 30 minutes by train or motorway with plenty of attractions for the whole family. Two big shopping centers, one in the main town and the other just 5 Km away. At least four excellent golf courses, horse riding center, health clubs and spa, tennis club, yacht marina and the stunning Guincho beach, a paradise for surf, wind surf and other enjoyable beach sports.

Me encantó esta casa, grande, espaciosa, totalmente equipada, con todo lo que se puede necesitar; tv satelite, equipo hi-fi, nevera lavavajillas...simplemente GENIAL, un único pero, no hay piscina, pero no nos importó!
