Photos and Description of this Manche holiday house Pretty cottage in ancien water mill at 30 km from the Mont St Michel

Very pretty cottage in a small ancien water mill of the XII th century. It has a main living room + kitchen of about 50 m², one main large bedroom including a private shower room and a separate WC. A mezzanine offers two / three additional beds. There is a very nice garden with small rivers and canals, a bridge and a paddle wheel. The main garden is separated from the house by a small rural road. The house is located within 30 km of the Mont Saint Michel, and about one hour drive of Saint Malo and Cancale.

By car, the bay of the Mont Saint Michel can be reached in 30 minutes, Saint Malo and Cancale are within one hour drive. So is the Rance river. Also typical cities like St James and Fougères are within 30 ' and Rennes is one hour away.

  • To make a reservation, please contact the owner with the following details :
    - name, address, phone, fax or email,
    - intended dates of arrival and leave.

    If the required dates can be satisfied, a rental contract will be sent to you for signature.
    The contract must be returned signed at least 10 days before the day of arrival, together with the complete payment of the rental fee and a deposit of 120 €.

    In case of cancellation less than 7 days before the intended date of arrival, the rental fee will be reimbursed except a a cancellation fee of 150 €. In case of cancellation 3 days or less before the beginning of the rental period, no reimbursement will take place.

    The 120 € deposit is normally given back provided no damage has been caused during the rental period.
